Great beach command center

Wonderful location, ample rooms, great beach and pool access. Quiet at night. We stayed for an entire week and wished we could've stayed longer!

A Gift

It was just that. We stayed 2 weeks, 1 week with family 1 week with friends and it was perfect. The house was the perfect size. We had 8 both weeks, including another family who had their own house so 14 most of the time hanging out. We go every year and I'm hoping this can be our "forever" vacation home ;)

Perfect location

The location of the property was great, just a short walk to the boardwalk and down to the beach. The pool is also right across the street. The house did not have a lot of kitchen items, no cutting board, no pizza pan or pizza cutter, 1 half burnt spatula, no tupperware and limited other items for cooking. I tried reaching out to the property manager to get a list of kitchen items ahead of time, but it was just a blanket list they sent me so it was hard to know what was available to cook with. We did not recieve our checkin email ahead of time, i had to call the company to get the checkin information the day before. The carpets in the house could use a good cleaning. Our only other issue was the bunk room isnt really a bedroom, more of a hallway between the top of the stairs and the master bedroom so kids had to come into the upstairs bedrooms to use the bathroom. There is no door to separate the bunk room and the stairs leading down into the kitchen. So was difficult to get kids to sleep with others still up in the house. The upstairs AC quit working midway through our vacation. After a couple calls, they did send someone out to fix it the same day. All in all the property was good, but could use some fixing up and restocking of kitchen amenities.
