Perfect

We were totally pleased with everything. The house was clean except for the ceiling fans. Thr master shower door did leak, so we wiped it up with a towel after showering. It didnt affect our stay any. Overall we would book again and refer anybody to this beach house.

Great location!

The location is great, the pool is nice, easy access to the beach. The pictures must be after a remodel, they are not current. We couldn’t set the thermostat lower than 69 and the top bedrooms got hot with humidity be 90% all week. The bottom bedroom has a separate split unit AC, coldest room in the house. The place was clean, but not deep cleaned. We had a great time and would rent again but the listing is not totally accurate.

Ehhh….

Honestly, the location of this property is fantastic! However, the house itself is pretty much best described as a dumpster fire! I felt like the house was going to crumble at any given time due to less than perfect construction. It was also DIRTY! The fans had dust sweaters hanging off of them. I also found a bug in my bed. It was also lacking some essential items in the kitchen. So, if you are looking for a dirty house in a great location, this is it!

Great getaway at the beach!

The house was the perfect size for our group - plenty of room for us to spread out AND get together. Literally steps from the water WITH a heated pool. Couldn't have asked for more.

Okay

The property did not have the basic necessities as listed. The kitchen had 2 coffee cups for 12 people and the house appeared newer in the pictures than what we saw when we got there. Pool was hot and several of the outdoor chairs were on the verge of breaking. We don’t think the cleaning service cleans deep, just surface cleaned.
