BEST VIEWS! Renovated 1 Bedroom/2 BATH DIRECT FRONT CONDO/CLOSE 2 STATE PIER

This updated condo unit has breathtaking views of the gulf from the condo! We recently remodeled our condo for your vacation retreat as you enjoy overlooking the white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores! It has new flooring, paint, granite, furniture, and new linens as well!!!

Our remodeled condo can be your next vacation location! There are fantastic views from the kitchen, living room and balcony as you gaze at the sweeping views of the Gulf State Park, the Gulf State Pier. Our condo has fabulous quality mattresses and bed linens. There are flat screen TVs in the bedroom and also in the living room. We also have great outdoor balcony furniture as you relax and feel the breeze of the ocean and listen to the waves.

Our condo is comprised of the following:
• King in the master bedroom -- with a master bath, flat screen TV, and closet
• There are twin bunk beds in the hallway – great for kids
• The sofa converts to a sleeper (queen) in the living area –with a flat screen TV for the living area and two comfortable accent chairs for relaxing
The kitchen is fully equipped with small appliances and all of the necessary cooking utensils
• There is a new washer and dryer in the hallway -- linens are provided for your stay
• Our balcony is also a great refuge with a table and chairs. It is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or even an afternoon snack. We love sitting around and talking on our balcony with friends. I am sure that you will love it!
• We have beautiful pools which include an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. We have a hot tub, sauna, and fitness center in Royal Palms as well.
We have new outdoor grills near the pool so that you can enjoy your family while you are preparing a cookout for your family and friends.

Also parking passes during Hangout/Music Festival in May are $160 due the special event in the area.


Royal Palms is such a desirable rental because it has all the amenities of larger condos without the higher price. Also, Royal Palms is situated on western edge of our state park, which provides ultimate privacy. The balcony is a wrap which provides awesome views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. My favorite part about staying at the Royal Palms is the location on the beach!

5 Star Ocean View

Everything was wonderful inside the condo. The only frustrations were outside. One of the 2 elevators was down all 7 days we were there and one of the days both were down. We had a couple 5-7 minute waits with one elevator and had to make the climb 9 stories a couple times. Only other issue was internet speed. We had to wait for buffering in the evenings after dinner a couple days.

Sunrise/Sunset

From the balcony, one can watch a sunrise and a sunset! The condo is either the first one along the gulf shoreline or the last one. It borders the state park which is far from the maddening crowds. But it is walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The unit comfortably sleeps 2 adults. We used the bunk beds for storage. Both bathrooms are small with no counter space. Having a washer:dryer in the room was great.

Very Good vacation

The condo wasn't as clean as we expected it would be, but overall was fine. Didn't know about the building construction next door everyday even weekends. It was a little annoying at times. The views were the best ever. The beach was nice and we didn't have far to walk. All the amenities worked fine the whole time. I was happy that the furnishings were comfortable. The coffee pot stopped working but luckily it was our last day.

Family Friendly Condo

The condo is in a great location. It is walking distance to the pier and the Hangout. The beach is not crowded which makes it comfortable for families with children. We watched dolphins from the balcony each morning. The owner communicated promptly before and during the stay. We will be returning next summer.

Can’t beat the location

You can’t really ask for a better location. The condo is right beside gulf state park so the beach isn’t super crowded. There were hardly any people to our left. Not the best room we’ve stayed in though. Remote in the master bedroom didn’t work, dishwasher is falling apart, no curtains in front of the balcony sliding door, we were only given half a roll of toilet paper (already used) in each bathroom, no dish soap, no dish towel/sponge, half used roll of paper towels, and it wasn’t very clean when we arrived. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with but doubt we would stay again unless updated a bit and a little more effort is put into providing what was supposed to be provided.

Loved this condo. Perfect size and a gorgeous balcony view of the ocean. A lot of condos I’ve stayed in have horrendous bright orange and purple walls. This is different. Neutral colors, marble countertops and other at home creature comforts that I like. Great communication with the owner. A+++

We had such a great time at this location. We’ve been several times to gulf shores and this location for the beach was perfect! Condo was very nice and clean! Lots of room for 4 teenagers too!!
