A/C was cold. Linens and beds were clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels. Only minor criticism is the kitchen cookware was a little bit sparse. But love the location the little neighborhood and the access to the beach were great. Also, Sassy Bass grocery, Dollar General and Jesse's on the bay are within a mile or two.

Spring Break with the kids

My sister and I spent 5 days here with our 4 boys and had a wonderful time! The proximity of the house to the beach access is great. The access itself was easy to navigate even with our big wagons! The property management company was fantastic. They made check in really easy and checked in on us (via phone!) to make sure we were happy and taken care of. A couple of things to note if you and your family look to stay here:1. Plan to bring ALL kitchen items you want for cooking - there are cooking utensils, but no spices. Not even salt/pepper. 2. If you plan to bring small children - please make sure you are fully aware that the second twin room is on the ground level, completely separate from the main house. It does have a bathroom beside it, but it is a half bath in the laundry room, with a different door code than the main house code. So the main living area of the house has a king, a queen and 2 twin beds. There is also a pullout couch in the living room. 3. The house has great quality chairs, beach cooler and a tent, so don't worry about bringing those! Overall great experience. Would definitely come again!
