13th Annual Fall Break Vacation

The condo was just as it was described, very clean, & was an absolute favorite of the different one’s we’ve stayed in over the last 13 years. The San Carlos is an excellent complex.

Wonderful!!

This place was clean, in perfect location, the only bad thing was the weather but we enjoyed walks on beach with sweaters on and watching the waves on the balcony.

Summer Beach Trip!

We really enjoyed our stay and location! The property is in an excellent location. The sleeping arrangements was excellent for our group. The only complaints(which really weren’t a big deal!) were the lack of pots and pans in the kitchen and the rented beach chairs were behind people with their own umbrellas and chairs. The rented chairs have always gotten priority at other properties we have stayed at. Overall, we will definitely be renting again!

Room was good. It took about 2 hours for me to get room code to get it in. Then having to pay for 2 parking passes ,$100, to park across the street.

Great Place, but Awful Communication

This was a terrific condo, and we had a wonderful time. But there is a disconnect between Vrbo and the actual property manager, Vacation Home Collection, that resulted in me paying about $150 more than originally guaranteed. Vrbo and VHC blamed each other for the problem. This was very unprofessional, and I will avoid both companies in the future.
