WEEKEND STAY
Location of this property is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. My daughter and I were down for her college softball tournament and it was perfect for the 2 of us. Definitely would stay there again. Had a question at 9pm and property manager called me within a few minutes.

Quaint place in great location!
It is a smaller room setup nicely. We stayed for 5 weeks and it is in a great location. Walking distance to many nice restaurants and stores. Right across the street from the beach.

Liked location to nearby restaurants and close to festival.Property was not very clean. Bedding for futon had something blue and sticky on it. Could not use. Had to buy our own pillows and blankets for it.Floors were very nasty, your feet got very dirty just walking on the floor.

Room 205 was great.
Stayed 3 nights. Easy to rent online. Contactless check in /out. First time for us in Gulf Shores. It's in a great location close to a lot. For the money... it's a great deal. Gave us opportunity to check out other places that are more luxurious and bigger for bigger family vacations, but if it's just gonna be me and my wife.. we definitely would stay here again.

Overall, a relaxing vacation but room for improvement
The room was clean and a nice place to stay right off the beach. I enjoyed having access to streaming services since there was some thunderstorms during our visit. There were some minor details that could be worked on to make someone’s stay even better. The shower needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. The previous tenant had left some hair on the shower wall that went missed by the cleaning crew. The fitted sheet was also put on the bed wrong and would not stay on the bed. We were also only given one roll of toilet paper for our 3 night stay. While I realize that the listing shows that tenants will have to supply their own after the amount left by the owner is used, I believe at least 2 rolls could have been left for tenants who are paying over $100/night. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and staying here. There are a lot of positives about it, but there is room for improvement.

Short 2 night stay
Studio was as described. Great location next to restaurants and beach! Perfect for short stay. Only suggestion would be an extra light blanket for futon and a foldable rack to set luggage on top of, otherwise very comfortable accommodations!

Excellent location
This property was in the center of Gulf Shores. Across the street from The Hangout and some other great restaurants. The beach was across the street and within walking distance.

The location was great for what we needed; however, the condo was not well maintained. The one window had a broken shutter. The TV was not working. The stairs were a hazard and very unsafe. The shower curtain was rusty and dirty. There were stains on the wall, we hope ketchup ??? Conflicting messages about check- out procedures.

Beach condo
The property Was right in front of the east entrance for hangout festival! The location was absolutely 5 stars. Easy to walk to restaurants, dollar general and other local stores. I didn’t have a problem with any loud guests on the first or second night of the festival. The walls are thin, though. Sunday night, guests in 211 partied with their door open way past 1 am. I had to ask them multiple times to keep it down. Other than the thin walls/doors, the property was wonderful and I would stay here again.

Great location!! You can walk to everything. Building was clean a perfect for our needs. Loved not having to deal with maid service. Had small problem with TV but manager took care of it. Didn't need TV with so much to do. Will be back for sure.

Very dirty but they communicate
If you are ok with a place that is dirty and has bugs but the property manager is willing to communicate with you, this is the place for you. Location is perfect. Other than that, very unhappy with the stay. Unit is very dirty and had multiple BUGS. The air unit is improperly installed so you can see outside around the edges of it. The bed/ mattress had multiple stains (yet they tell you not to stain it with makeup. They could at least provide something with no stains). The unit/ building also smelled of smoke. Wonderful location, but I do not recommend. Very dirty and nasty. Underwhelming.

Quick Beach getaway
This place was perfect for a quick getaway since all I wanted to do was go to the beach. We went to Walmart and got food we would need and we were set. It was two adults and a teenager and it was very suitable. It is also close to gift shops and the hangout which was nice we could walk across and listen to music at night. Did not have to get in my car and drive anywhere the entire time

You pay for the location!
The room was a great space if you’re not in it much. The location is wonderful and you don’t need to drive anywhere. Unfortunately we had 3 cockroaches that we found and were a bit put off by that. The other negatives were the broken beach umbrella and no overhead lights in the room.

Sisters senior trip
Everything was so great! It was me and my sisters staying for our baby sisters senior trip. Everything about the room was amazing except the blinds that wouldn’t shut all the way and the sun came right in when it came up, but that meant we didn’t have to set an alarm!

Simply amazing
Our room was all we needed. Perfect for 2. Close to everything within walking distance. Our weather was horrible for our very first beach experience but we still swam in the ocean albeit the clouds and rain. The room was very clean, everything offered that we would need. The bed was very comfy. We will definitely be coming back.

Could Be Better
Pros: - Proximity to the beach and parking - Everything you need within walking distance - 50 more throw pillows on the bed than anyone could ever need, which I like - Beach umbrella available - Ice trays full and ready in the freezer - Check-in/out process was simple - A/C was cold - Relatively quiet - Shower was hot Cons: - Called to advise that the lampshade from the lamp beside the bed was missing. Was told it would be replaced; we only stayed three nights and it was not. Not the biggest deal in the world. - Roaches. I spied three while I was there; naturally, I already bought groceries with the intent to prepare a few simple meals, but after the first sighting, I just couldn’t bring myself to do it. The place smelled heavily of bug killer and there were those useless sonic things plugged into the outlets. If you’re from the South and are used to bugs in the kitchen, there’s a 2-burner electric stove and microwave for use, as well as plates & some silverware, etc. There was a toaster in the photos, but I didn’t find one in the kitchenette. - Lumpy, hard mattress. Definitely needs replaced. My husband and I both have sore backs driving today. - A general layer of dust/dirt on the surfaces and cracks and crevices of the place. Needs a deep clean. - One hanger provided on the clothes rack. My husband and I had more than one item of clothing to hang up... - Kitchen chairs are very hard, wrought-iron patio furniture. Slap a throw pillow on them before you have a seat, your bum will thank you. All of that being said, I have definitely stayed in worse places. However, for the money spent, I expected a little better. Next time, we’ll spring for a nicer place.

The property would have been nice for one person or possibly two. It was not big enough for three people. We ultimately did not use it. What looks like a sofa next to a nightstand in the photo is actually just a small swivel chair. Location is great, just a short walk to the beach and near popular restaurants. Communication with host was pretty good. Would stay there in the future either alone or with one other person.

Great stay!
Quiet getaway despite it being Spring Break! I was worried the older building would be noisy, especially with it being so close to the Hangout and Spring Break, but, as a light sleeper, I can say that it was surprisingly quiet! The hubby and I loved how close to everything the room was. We could walk to the beach and grab a bite to eat without moving the car. Definitely would stay here again.

tiny but good location
The proximity to beach access and area shops was very nice. The unit was a little cramped for the three of us (2 adults and a 6-year-old). There was only silverware and kitchen seating for 2. The apartment needs some minor repairs (broken window blinds and some bare nails in the wall in the kitchen), otherwise it is adequate. The location is the biggest draw.
