LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
When you want to kick back and relax, lounge in the cheery living room which has floor to ceiling windows and a sliding glass door leading to the private gulf-front balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to enjoy a nice family meal. There is seating for 4 people at the dining table and 3 people can sit at the breakfast counter. This property also has an in condo washer and dryer.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

The primary bedroom which also has access to the beach front balcony has a comfy king size bed and the primary bath has a tub shower combination. The second bedroom has a twin and a full size bed and there is a 2nd full bathroom which also has a tub/shower combination. There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

This beautiful Gulf Shores vacation rental is packed with amenities designed for relaxation and enjoyment. Take a refreshing dip in the shared pool, perfect for cooling off after a day on the sand. The outdoor pool is heated seasonally in the spring for March and April and in the fall mid-September through the end of October, each year. Fire up the grill in the outdoor BBQ area for a classic Gulf Coast cookout. Unwind on your private balcony with a drink in hand as you take in the stunning Gulf views and the sound of crashing waves. Whether you're enjoying a meal outdoors, lounging by the pool, or simply soaking up the scenery, this rental offers the perfect mix of comfort and coastal charm. You can enjoy on-site dining at Sea-N-Suds, a popular seafood spot that serves up delicious dishes to both locals and vacationers alike.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Boardwalk is a timeless Gulf Shores tradition. The 70 unit complex is in the heart of shopping attractions, entertainment and dining including the famous Sea-n-Suds restaurant on-site. While outdoors enjoy the gulf side pool sundeck and BBQ area.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Monthly rentals available November- March 1st. FREE parking - 2 car maximum. This is a Non-Smoking Unit and No Pets are permitted. Must be 21 years of age to rent. During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present

Older property with limited parking

This is an older property and there is no garage parking. Parking is in a parking lot next to Sea N Suds restaurant. If there are no open spots there, you have to park across the busy road. Not the best with a family with small children. Most of the time, my husband dropped me and the kids off at the elevator and he went across the street and parked. Also this property needs a good cleaning. There was sand in the 4 beds in the bunk room when we arrived. The baseboards are dirty and stained, there are stains on the wall in the kitchen, the vents and decor are very dusty. Some of the decor was also broken. The couches are faux leather and are peeling. There are also no rugs any where. Not even bath mats. The bathrooms are very small and the ceilings are low. The balcony was dirty when we arrived and just had an old table and chairs with peeling paint. The location of the property is great, but I would not stay here again due to cleanliness and parking. Especially for the price we paid. Also I have stayed at other properties before that were owned and managed by individuals who use it as their own vacation property and I feel like they are much more taken care of and updated versus this one that is managed by a realty company. Most of our baseball team families stayed here during a tournament and none were pleased with their condos in this building.

Convenient Condo in Gulf Shores

Great located condo near Sea N Suds in Gulf shores. The condo is on the 7th floor with elevators and easy parking and access to the beach. The condo was very clean and exactly like it was presented. We had a great stay!

Need new cleaners

The condo itself was very nice and great location and views. BUT there were some cleaning issues. Pans in the cabinets that had caked on dried stuck old food all over them. And lots of silverware with stuck on food and the walls around the stove were splattered with food I’m think tomato sauce I’d guess. And outside balcony was very gross and the table out there as well. The broom was also nasty. Gunked up black stuff on it. I know it’s a broom but still I didn’t feel like we were actually cleaning with something that gross so we bought another broom and just took it home with us. I did contact Suncoast office but it was a Sunday and I was told a manager would get with me Monday. Kept my phone with me all day Monday and never heard back so when I emailed tues I felt as though I was talked to disrespectfully because they kept saying I’d called on a Sunday and that the manager had an unplanned emergency and had to leave Monday. Well that’s fine but someone could have let me know. So instead of having my phone on me again on my family vacay I just said the heck with it cause obviously customer service Isn’t very important to them. I just sat the pans I didn’t clean myself on top of the stove and I washed the silverware and we cleaned the outside table and balcony ourself. Highly doubt I’ll ever rent through suncoast again. I felt like they really didn’t care about the issues we had and the customer service was not good. But our vacay was great.

The property was just as described. It worked great with the bunk beds and having 4 children.

We had a great family vacation and would recommend to anyone. Was within walking distance to anything we wanted to do and also had a great view of the fireworks from the balcony. Between the ocean and the pool the kids were able to swim even if the ocean was too rough.

Alright Stay

The place itself is a great location on the beach. The condo itself was nice and big enough for my family. However you could hardly sit on the deck and look at the ocean due to the large amounts of smoke all around you. It seemed as if everyone was smoking a cigarette. And being allergic to cigarette smoke this made the whole week NOT enjoyable. I was quite surprised that anyone was even able to smoke since the property itself is promoted as a "smoke-free facility". Overall a nice stay minus all of the cigarette smoke!

Pretty cramped and kind of dirty

The view was the best thing about our condo. Right on the beach and next to the Seas and Suds restaurant and bar. The kitchen area was also pretty good. The rest of the condo was dirty and we found a blood stain on the master bedroom comforter. The master bathroom shower would not drain and the toilet would not flush. Had to have someone to come fix both. Good if you have a short stay or won't be in the condo much.

Beautifull.

Well after I had a few days in this condom I found it very comfortable, the place is clean, neat and very spacious with a pretty nice view to the beach , my family and I really enjoyed those days. I will consider this place again for our next vacation.

Very nice, clean, well kept property

We crammed eight girls in here for spring break and had a great time. We loved the location as it was right on the beach and walking distance to the hangout. The kitchen had all the cooking essentials and when two of the lights burnt out maintenance fixed them the same day.
