  • This new 4 bedroom 4.5 bath home in Gulf shores is close to everything and just a short walk to the beach. It sleeps up to 12 with each bedroom having its own television and full bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances that is perfect for entertaining as it opens up to the dining room and living room. Enjoy your coffee on the covered front porches or at the home's own private fenced swimming pool. From the minute you arrive at Black Pearl, you will not be disappointed. Get ready to unwind and relax in this beautiful home. When you book your vacation with Signature Properties, your vacation becomes our priority. We are available 24/7 for any issue that may arise when you stay with us.

    *Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

    This unit is professionally managed by: Signature Properties. Your Vacation will always be Our Priority! We guarantee open communication with guests from booking to check out and that your rental is in top condition upon arrival. At Signature Properties, we strive to make each vacation a one-of-a-kind experience personalized for each guest. Book today and you won't be disappointed!

    Cancellation Policy:
    A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

    A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Property felt secluded despite being within close proximity of stores, restaurants, and the public beach access. Large driveway to accommodate 6 vehicles, and property was very nice/upgraded in every room. Would absolutely stay there again!

Great shore house!

Super pretty property — clean and great location. Pool is great, wished the hot tub was working, and the lay out worked for 2 families of 4 plus 2 grandmas.

Beach Vacay

We had a wonderful, fun beach vacation with the kids and grandkids. Very nice house, perfect for a family get together. Loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. Check-in was easy and hosts were very responsive. We would definitely rent this house again if we come back to Gulf Shores.

Quick summer trip

We couldn’t have chosen a better location. The home was beautiful with everything we needed and more. We had plenty of room for our family of 11. It was clean and spacious, well stocked and located within walking distance of the beach. We also enjoyed the pool. Check in and out was a breeze and the host was responsive within minutes. Thank you for being a wonderful host.

Great for a big family

Our family of 11 stayed at the Black Pearl last week and had an amazing time. Check in and check out were very easy. Communication was excellent. The house is very comfortable and clean. The short walk to the beach and the private pool in the backyard made this the perfect beach vacay.

Beautiful home!

We loved this house and all of the furnishings. It’s upscale and very comfortable. The pool looks small in the pictures, but it is a perfect size. The kids enjoyed it as much as the beach. Some of our adults enjoyed sitting in the shade and watching the kids swim .it was a very enjoyable week!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was amazing with everything we needed to have a fabulous family trip. It is very close to the beach with only one block away. It is also very close to great restaurants, ice cream shops and shopping. The house is also well stocked with all the things you need to cook a nice family meal. Even when we had a concern with the rental property it was taken care very quickly and they communicated the whole way through. My only suggestion is stocking the house with a wagon and some beach chairs so your guest do not need to rent a thing. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this property to everyone who is visiting the Gulf Shores.

Overall Enjoyable

We stayed at this property in early June to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. We had issues with the pool and had to contact the property manager twice to assist but she was quick to respond and send out a company to take care of any issues. After we had checked out and were headed home the property manager tried to accuse us of damage but never responded after I reached out for clarification and assured her we didn’t damage anything. That unfortunately ended our trip on a sour note but overall we had a great time. The house is nice and a great location to walk to the beach and nearby restaurants.

No Hot Water

After leaving my first review management reached out to me with an offer of a 30% discount if I left no negative reviews. I declined the offer because it felt like this offer came only after my review and I didn't like the bargaining of my review for the discount. The property is nice, in a good location but it's just something to be aware of (which I'm sure most people are) that unlike a hotel if stuff happens on the weekend you are out of luck.

Fun Vacation Rental

Overall a good stay. The listing was spot on and the house was so pretty. The location was great with a short walk to the beach. Even with 4 young children the walk only took us 5-8 minutes tops. Our only complaints was that the gnats were awful in the house and the pool was pretty dirty when we arrived. I let the host know soon after arrival. The gnats were there when we walked in so there was no trash or food in the house and when I say they were bad, they were every where you turned everyday. The host stated they would have them taken care of when we leave. It also took a couple days to get the pool cleaned. However overall, the stay was good for our family of eight with four children under 5 and communication with hosts were a little slow, but they always did get back to us!

Nice but…

This trip was planned out for a group of 8 ladies for a short getaway needed by all. I chose this space from pictures, reviews and location. This home is laid out perfectly for groups (as long as you can do stairs). Now, I would say most people expect some areas that are not as up to par as we would have in our own home. I must say that I was quite disappointed when on day 2 we encountered several pests (roaches..in my opinion, the worst). They were in the kitchen, dead in the fridge and unfortunately, infiltrated into some of the guest luggage. Somehow, the outside trash can was already full which caused an overfill once we had trash to put out. Needless to say that these things put a damper on the remainder of our stay. I would have loved to make this a return trip but there needs to be some serious cleaning done by a better cleaning crew. 3 day stay 10/6/23 thru 10/8/23.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice house and should have been perfect for our group BUT when we arrived we found that the trash at bar area had not been removed and was molded and swarming with gnats. The manager was very responsive and sent a cleaning crew out within the hour. However gnats were everywhere in the house so next morning they sent maintenance who sprayed all around with vinegar water. This did help a lot but still gnats were very bothersome. However, the crew reported that we had “juicy rags” and “open soda” drinks out “ and “food scraps “ in trash; inferring it was our fault. We had no juicy towels? The only drinks open were yeti’s with water, and yes we had trash (hello! We are on vacation) but we had sprayed the trash repeatedly with the Raid and vinegar water they had left. After reporting again, they sent Pest control who sprayed with little effect and again blamed us for having trash. Manager then again blamed us for having fruit scraps in the trash and told us how “relentless” gnats are( again implying we were to blame). We did not respond after that and put up with the problem for the remaining 4 days of our stay. All that said, the house was great except for that, and management did try but there responses to us were less than tactful. We were offended by their efforts to somehow blame us for the gnat fiasco. It appeared that the cleaning/maintenance crew was not telling management the truth.

Reviewer Comments: We have been visiting Gulf Shores for many years and have always stayed in the same resort but chose to expand our horizons to be closer to food & fun and we are so glad we did! Black Pearl is a beautiful home in a great location. We enjoyed the option of a private pool or a short walk to the beach. Most minor issues we had were resolved quickly and professionally by the management team. There are a few updates needed - the kitchen chairs were worn out and the back door had a gap allowing bugs in. The only other suggestions we would make is a few more bath towels in each bathroom and to update the posting, as well as the info binder, with correct address, management phone number, and amenities. Other than that, the owners surely thought of everything from laundry baskets to a portable crib. It was a great week and we would definitely consider Black Pearl again!
