Located on the 10th floor, this beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony, along with all the comforts of home.

Inside, the spacious layout is ideal for families or groups, comfortably sleeping up to eight guests. The primary suite features a king bed, direct balcony access, and a private en suite bathroom with a relaxing Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom includes a cozy queen bed, and the third is a kid-friendly bunk room with twin beds. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping space as needed.

You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, a coffee maker, and all the essentials for preparing meals during your stay. The condo also includes a full-size washer and dryer, free WiFi, Netflix streaming, and a smart TV to help you feel right at home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
