Located in the quiet West Beach area of Gulf Shores, Howard Ranch is the perfect place to bring the whole family for a memorable beach vacation! Wake up to the sounds of the waves and enjoy morning coffee on the unique screened porch, or soak up the sun on the sun deck! After a day in the sand and surf, the outdoor shower is a welcome feature!

Inside, this spacious ranch-style beach home boasts beautiful Gulf views and sleeping accommodations for up to 11 guests. The open living area features unobstructed Gulf views from the wall-to-wall windows, chic decor, and plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy a movie. A living room sleeper sofa can accommodate 2 guests. The dining area offers seating for 8 with additional seats at the bar. The open kitchen with granite countertops features stainless steel appliances and a large island with a built-in cooktop.

Down the hall, the master bedroom features a king bed, a TV, and Lagoon views, as well as a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 faces the Gulf and sleeps two with twin beds and has a TV. A common hall bathroom features a tub/shower combo. On the other side of the home, bedroom 3 sleeps three with a queen and a twin bed and has a TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 sleeps two with twin beds and has a TV. A common hall bathroom features a tub/shower combo.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
