The unit was clean and comfortable. We had a great time here! It was walking distance to souvenir shops and restaurants. What really impressed me was how well the kitchen was equipped and the very nice, large shower in the master. We will definitely stay here again!

Condo was exactly what we needed for our stay. The condo was clean, however, we did find a roach in the closet by the kitchen. I will say that the water pressure in the condo is an issue due to the fact that both showers can not be used at the same time. We enjoyed our short stay and would consider staying again.

Great place to stay!

We had to book this place last minute due to my family having to evacuate our original vacation location from Hurricane Helene, but the staff was able to fit us in quickly on the same day for us to check into the condo by 4pm. The location is convenient for us to be able to walk to the stores across the street and the view of the ocean was beautiful as well!

1st Time in Gulf Shores

Love the balcony and unseasonably warm weather on the beach. Great condo which has a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Lots of restaurants and golf courses nearby. We plan to return in the future.

Family vacay

We were very comfortable at our unit in Tropic Isles. This condo was a perfect fit for us. 4 adults and 2 children. The pool was great and very well maintained. We were close to everything we needed for a great family trip.

Gulf front corner condo with nice views. Older furniture but very clean for our stay! Convenient walk straight down to beach where we were able to rent chairs. Parking for 2 vehicles was included in rental price. Would stay again!

Overall Pretty Good

This condo was pretty nice. The large walk-in shower was great and we liked the second bedroom having multiple beds. The only problem was that some of the pillowcases had a lot of little hairs all over them and some of the silverware in the kitchen drawers had a lot of food caked on them.

Nice unit

This unit was clean and comfortable. All of the outer doors to the units are extremely beat up and need a good cleaning and paint job but inside the unit is well taken care of.

A clean condo. Enjoyed our stay. Only real concerns were the plug in receptacles were very worn. The. Power cords were wobbly or fell out of the plug way too easily. In the master bathroom we reported to VRBO that the toilet seat needed tightening and the light over the toilet had a flickering bulb that needed replacing. When we were checking out and stripping the sheets off the master bedroom bed, we saw dried old blood stains on two pillows. The bed was very comfortable. Water pressure was good and enjoyed the large shower in the master bathroom. Although not a show stopper, we still reported the loose shower on off handle in the master bathroom. We’ve stayed at Tropic Isle many times but not always the same unit. Love the location and amenities. Not related to the room we stayed in but nonetheless a concern was the elevator number seven button had broken. It was reported and fixed the next day but for awhile the day before we had to go to the eighth floor then take the stairs down a floor. Lastly, in the pool area there is a pool safety grab pole hung on the fence next to the pool. The brackets that hold the pole protrude out too much and have sharp edges. The reason we’re reporting this is that we observed several guests that got cuts and scratches while walking by. Almost forgot, we are in the elderly category and need safety grab bars in the shower. Adding these would be a great safety idea. Thank you for allowing us to share our concerns with you.
