Come make some memories at Escapes to the shores Unit 1102! This smaller efficiency unit has been completely updated. You will find new furnishing and nautical décor. This unit is located on the 11th floor and has everything you will need for your beach getaway. Unit has one bedroom and one bath and a living area (PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE AN OCEAN VIEW OR A BALCONY AND HAS A $50/CAR PER STAY PARKING FEE). Although there is not an ocean view, it has beach access. Just take the elevator down the 11 floors and you are right on the beach. Or you can enjoy all the amenities that the complex has to offer.
Escape to Orange Beach 1102 can sleep up to 4 with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Orange Beach is a family friendly beachfront town. Escape to Orange Beach 1102 has beach access but not beach direct beach views. It is very close to dining, shopping and other beach activities. Escapes to the Shores is a lower density complex with only 100 units. So the beaches and pools are not overly crowded like other bigger resorts. Although it is a lower density building, it DOES NOT lack in amenities (see below). Escapes to the Shores is considered a luxury complex, due to its large square footage, high ceilings, enclosed hallways and top of the line amenities.

Upon arrival you will go to the third floor to receive up to 2 parking passes. Parking passes will be $50/car per stay and allow you to park in the covered parking garage.

Beach Supplies:
Included in the rental is a complimentary set of lounger chairs (2 chairs and 1 umbrella). This is projected to begin in March 2021. These are set aside for guest of 1102. Just ask the attendant your unit number and he will designate one for your use at no cost. This free service is available from Mid March-Mid October.
