Family Reunion
The location was great and so was the property!! The property manager was very accommodating to our requests before we had checked in and was very pleasant to deal with. The one thing that I was a little bothered by was that in the bunk room they only had fitted sheets on the beds. I really wanted that flat sheet in-between me and the comforter. Besides that it was great and plenty of memories created!

Everything was great about the stay. Multiple bathrooms and spacious. We fit three familys in the home. The house is literally 3mins from the beach. Kids hopped on internet immediately played games. Shouldve rented it for at least four nights. No complaints here.

Beach was phenomenal but several issues with house…..
Beach n pool were very nice… Ice maker not working need filter replace Bathrooms ceiling fan need clean (dust) Master bathroom bath shower handle is loose comes off easy 2nd floor balcony loveseat right arm is broken And small table Microwave underneath vent flirty also no lights Had no WiFi since we arrived for a week There are more issues Property manager did not communicate with me after couple messages we have ITT people in our house need to use WiFi….. Call me if need more info issues 860 316 2713

Great!
We stayed at the property for one night after a beach wedding. The check in process was amazing and the owner was so accommodating. The property was clean and had plenty of towels and space for guests. I would recommend bringing your own toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags if you have a longer stay. During our stay a guests car was broken into and we immediately let the owner know. She was incredibly responsive and reported it to the HOA and learned it happened to 6 other properties the same night. She is getting camera footage and everything from surrounding properties. 100/100 recommend the property, I wish our stay was longer!

Fantabulous Birthday Weekend
The communication with the host was great! She answered all of our questions. This is a beautiful property. Only feet from the beach/ocean. Although the address is Gulf Shores, it is closer to Fort Morgan. If you want to be closer to the action you should stay in Gulf Shores. If you want to have a more laid back of a vaction, this is the place!!! Quiet neighborhood and the beach was not overcrowded. Would stay here again and would recommend! Thank you for a fantabulous weekend!

House was OK, a little beat up cosmetically. Why I will never go back is because it is way too far from everything every tourist wants to see on vacation. 2hours a day spent traveling to town just to see everything. A good property if you just want to stare at the beach and nothing else.

Beach Trip
Our group was looking for a place not too expensive to stay at for the week and this place was perfect. We had plenty of space for everyone and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. Great beach neighborhood and a great place to spend the week!

Springbreak 2022
I rented this out for springbreak and my 21st birthday. We had 18 people for the week and it was amazing! Beach was clean and not too crowded the neighborhood was amazing with miles of beautiful houses! The entire trip was very relaxing and i will be coming back!

Great experience, practically new, great decor, nice, clean and just as pictures were on the site.
Great experience for a much needed getaway. The only issue is that we didn’t stay longer. Beach is right around the corner and pictures on site are just as shown. Elizabeth Kulman is a great manager. I could call her anytime and she was available. Will definitely be going back. Can’t wait for the next getaway. Thanks

July 4th Weekend Trip
The house was just as it was pictured. There was plenty of room for all of us and we LOVED the balconies. It wasn't on the beach but the walk was just a few short steps from the boardwalk. Made it so easy when walking with a 2 year old and 2 month old and tons of equipment. The neighborhood was very nice, quiet, safe and even though it was July 4th weekend there was not alot of traffic (mostly golf carts). My only recommendation would be a picnic table outside where kids could eat during lunch without bringing sand inside. Lastly, if not for the housekeeper being there to bring our groceries in when they were delivered, many would have spoiled and money lost (were were very late due to accidents on the interstate). She went above and beyond her duties to bring them in and put them in the fridge. Kudos to the staff.

Great place for a enjoyable beach getaway.
We love this house (stayed here a few times in years past). The layout is fabulous, and while not directly on the beach, the location is great. While aging is expected and accepted, cleanliness should not be an option. Property managers should ensure the house is cleaned properly to encourage guests to return in the future.

Great House, Very Good Location
First note, I only gave the cleanliness rating a 4 star to be fair. This was due to the kitchen and one of the upper bedroom floors. It is impossible to get all the sand out when you are that close to the beach. Overall the entire house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, silverware, etc. There is a storage area below with all kinds of beach stuff for the kids (and adults who think they are kids). We had brought kitchen "things" with us but we really didn't need to. There were plenty of beds as well as spare mattresses. There was even a pack-n-play which came in handy for the youngest grand-baby. The screened in deck on the second floor was awesome for coffee in the morning or adult beverage in the evening. Distance to the beach and the pools were very walkable. All in all a great area and a great house. Word to the wise - when at the big pool and the sun starts to go down, lather up with bug spray as the no see-ums will eat you up. Enjoy!

Family Vacation for 15
It was a great house for our family of 15. We had ages ranging from 3 years to 80 years staying with us. We brought a mule (golf cart-like vehicle with us to haul items from the beach/pool areas. That was tremendously helpful. We strongly recommend that. Great property with all we needed for our stay!

The Best Beach House!
We absolutely loved this beach house! It was beautiful and clean! Such a great view and a perfect location! the beach is in walking distance but we rented golf carts and that made the trip so much more enjoyable! We will definitely be staying here again!

Great location- slightly lower price but still VERY close to the beach!
We stayed as a family plus a few. The bedroom set up gives lots of sleeping combination options and although the house square footage is lower than others that can sleep this many people, there is enough floor space for the extra matresses/sleeping. The kitchen table worked great for family games as did the coffee table in the family room. Heather, the housekeeper, was very welcoming and helpful. The pools are in close vicinity to the house and the beach access is really two houses down. You can't quite see the ocean except from one view on the outside porches but the overall feel is still almost like you are on the beach. There are two refrigerators and a closet full of beach chairs, at least two skim boards, and small kick/surf boards plus some sand toys. We found the two bikes as a big bonus and used them throughout the stay. We had two college students with online courses using the internet which worked very well with no interruptions. Thanks for a beautiful vacation home and set up!

Beautiful House with a Short Walk to the Beach
The manager, Elizabeth, was very communicative and even checked in with us a couple of times while we were there. The house has just been redone so it was really nice on the inside. The best part was the beach was less than a 5 min walk down the boardwalk that’s right by the house. The beach is private access to only those staying in the neighborhood so crowds and finding a spot on the beach was never a concern for us. My only suggestion is depending on if there are kids/adults staying here, you may want to pay attention to the bunk beds, as it seems it would be tight fitting 22 adults. Overall we had an awesome time at the house and the Morgantown beach!
