Beach view

Great location; very clean and well maintained. Such a fantastic family condo perfect for 5-6 people. Everything you need to start your vacation was supplied. We will return again!

Spring break 2024

Unit was great and exactly as advertised. There was construction at the property and the elevators were down and I was not made aware by the rental company or VRBO prior to my arrival. Despite those inconveniences, we had a great time.

Gulf Shores

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a wonderful time we had in Gulf Shores. We booked with Simpson Properties. They are very nice to work with. They are quick, efficient, and always friendly. Hunter even helped me out in the evening to schedule another day. That’s excellent service in my book.

Snowbird 2022-23

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was similar to my visit in 2019-20 when I stayed at this same unit. Condo was as advertised and portrayed in the pictures. Building is showing its age but the owners are working hard to keep it updated. Had a few issues but all were dealt with promptly by either Pat or Hunter Simpson, the condo management. Would consider renting again in the future.

Grand Beach Resort

Very good trip. The condo is decorated very nicely. The communication with the property owner was excellent. There is a security person who lives onsite. The condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Excellent location easy beach access. The pier is just up the street. Easy access to food, shopping, activities for the entire family. Orange beach is just a few miles down the road. Will stay again.

The walk to the beach wasn’t bad and being on the end of where most condo buildings are located made the beach less crowded which was nice. Great place to stay - would definitely stay there again!

2nd go round

My husband and I have been to gulf shores once before about 4 years ago. We loved the white sand beaches, amazing seafood and southern hospitality so we decided to go back! This was a differnt experience because for one we stayed in a luxury resort before. This was more of our own space, cute place, great location. We loved the view of the gulf. We wish their would've had a few more necessaties included.Its not often they don't even give you a full roll of TP or paper towels. No salt and pepper. only 1 kitchen towel and we were there 10 days. we aware of this. I think Ill probably go for the resort on our next trip

Best vacation in Gulf Shores

We are a family of 4 and absolutely loved Gulf Shores and the condo. Location was perfect, close to beach and State Park. Pictures of condo were accurate so no surprises. We highly recommend this place.

Wonderful place to call home for a week

This condo was clean and very comfortable. Great location to stay near the beach. Had a problem with the door lock and management was quick to help me. Highly recommend

We had a very relaxing stay ..

It was great! House keeping could have done a better job cleaning .. but other than that it was perfect location .. the condo was very cute and cozy Pool area was great! Just a very short walk across the street to the beach! Would definitely recommend

Nice place!

We really enjoyed the condo. Clean and nicely decorated. Pool area was large and we enjoyed it. Beach was close and not very crowded. Check in process was easy and property manager was very responsive. The property and location overall was great!

We had a great week! The facility was lovely, and we enjoyed the condo. One strong recommendation- get a new mattress and box spring for the bedroom.

Gulf shores condo

Nice condo, the couch bed mattress could be better. I didn’t like that property management messaged me the day before we left to ask if we were leaving earlier than 10 the next day. Definitely a bummer message to get and also kind of not necessary if the instructions just say message when you leave.

Perfect location

Great location with path to the beach directly across the road. Parh takes you to a beach less crowded than in front of all the condos

The Perfect Getaway

My friends and I were in town for the Hangout Festival and just wanted a nice, quiet place to stay that was not too far. Everything was clean and they had everything we needed! I was also worried we couldn't see the beach because it is across the street but there are no buildings blocking the view! I would recommend this place to anyone for a relaxing getaway to the beach!

Perfect beach spot

This was my kids and husband’s first time at the beach. We loved the location and being about to see the water from where we stayed. Short walk to the beach and back. The apartment was so cute and definitely needed for my 3 year old and 7month old to play. We will definitely look into another stay here.
