Perfect stay

The property was everything we needed. The heated pool was a huge perk for us since it’s only March and most outdoor pools wouldn’t be warm enough to swim. Everything inside of the unit was very clean and well kept. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice Vacation

Stayed here the first week of July. Very hot but the easy access to the beach made it bearable! The condo itself was well equipped with dishes, blankets, all the things you'd expect. The only issue we experienced was cellular service and wifi was iffy at times. If you don't plan to work remotely, not an issue. Overall, great stay!

Wow!

The condo was fabulous, although the outside was a bit suspect. The fridge was turned down all the way so we lost about 40 dollars worth of fruit and vegeys due to freezing! Lesson learned! The only negative was the balcony was right over the compressor from the next building so we were not able to leave the slider open. The location was good, the help from the property management was excellent since I kept getting my emails a day late. LOL We would gladly stay here again, just not on that side and that floor! LOL

Just as described

The condo was very clean and decorated nice in beach themes. Check in was easy. There were plenty of bath towels and bedding. The kitchen had cookware that was ok to use! The sofa sleeper was broken and the sofa really slanted to the back. The bed in the 2nd bedroom is very squeaky! The bed in the main bedroom is hard and not very comfortable. The bathroom in the master bedroom needs some handyman work- the sink drains very slow and the toilet does not always refill without giving it a couple good whacks to unstick the float. The kitchen did have 2 towels to dry dishes or wipe the counter but did not have any wash clothes, absolutely no spices or seasonings so if you want to cook, you literally will need to bring everything you’re going to need! The only mirrors in the condo are in the bathroom— Again none of these things are deal breakers but just not what we were used too!

Great Stay!

The overall stay was wonderful. It was as described, convienant, clean and accommodating. My door code didn't work at first but got that cleared up in a matter of minutes. Would definitely recommend.

Location was great. Combo indoor/outdoor pool was fantastic! Had some trouble opening a closet door, but maintenance was there the next day and replaced the door handle.

Great place.

This was one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed for being on the beach (small areas that needed some loving but overall cleaner than some other beach condos we’ve been too). They are very organized and check in was so easy. Perfect location. On the beach. Can’t really see the beach from this condo but first floor was so convenient. We took the stairwell versus the really slow elevator. Pool was a little small but the condominium is one of the smaller ones (we prefer it). Would choose this place again.

Summer vacation 2023

Loved the condo on thing it needed was more towels in bathroom and kitchen and also a mop. Vacuum needed replaced would not pick up dirt. Other than that we loved the location and the size of the complex.

Great condo

Our baseball team was down for a spring break tournament. We rented this condo for our 2 bus drivers. Worked perfectly. Good location and close to the house our boys were staying at. The only complaint was that the cleaning supplies or something that was sprayed after cleaning, were very strong. We tried to air it out as much as we could. Anyone who is sensitive to smells may not be able to stay there. Other than that it is a nice place.

Feet in the Sand

This condo was just as listed. Very clean. Easy to get to if the elevator was busy. Washer and dryer was a little slow. But all in all, a great place to stay. Just a little fyi: beach items cannot be placed on balcony and towels cannot be hung over railing. So be prepared to keep these items in condo.
