The complex offers convenience to shopping, dining, and all the fun activities under the sun. While staying here, you can take advantage of the outdoor pool, BBQ grills, the pier on Little Lagoon, and the stunning white sand beach that Gulf Shores is famous for, just across the street. If you have a boat, you'll be pleased to know that there are boat slips and a dock available for your use.

Inside the condo, you'll find various updates made by the new owner. The interior features modern furnishings, fresh paint, a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen, and comfortable beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with queen beds and TVs. The bathrooms are conveniently located, and there is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a twin-sized ottoman to accommodate additional guests. The unit also offers free internet for your enjoyment.

For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st, there is a minimum stay requirement of 60 days (two months). Reservations that don't meet this criterion are subject to cancellation by the management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office directly. You can have a maximum of 2 parking passes per reservation, allowing for 2 cars. Linens are provided; however, please remember to bring your own beach towels. The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent this property, and photo ID is required at check-in. Smoking is not permitted, and pets are not allowed.
