The view from the balcony was the best! You could easily see the ocean, dunes, piers/walkway access to the beach, and the pool. Cozy cottage was very comfortable for quiet getaway for two.

We loved the view of the beach. Our unit was very comfy. We loved the indoor pool and hot tub. We will definitely plan to come back!

The condo has a great ocean front view! The property is a little away from the main gulf shores area, about a 15 minute drive, but it is a very scenic route. The condo was very clean upon arrival and check in went very smooth. The bed and the rest of the furniture were comfortable. All of the outside pools were a little too cold to use but we used the indoor pools multiple times and they were very nice!

The location was perfect! The grounds were beautiful and the amenities and beach access were so close. One of the reasons I picked this listing was for the balcony view and it did not disappoint. The kids are already asking if we can stay in the same place next year! Thank you for a great time away!

Bring a blanket for the bed. Cable tv available but not any streaming services or smart TV. Nice property. Several pools tennis courts and out door areas. Easy walk to beach. Very kid friendly. Lots of kids everywhere.

This place was great initially. A bit small for an extended stay or if you have multiple suitcases but worked for our family. The kids loved the bunks and the view was incredible. We could see dolphins playing in the water from the balcony. It was such easy access to the beach too which was great. Then, night 2 we came home to 3 huge cockroaches crawling around. We were no longer comfortable in the home. We were thankfully already scheduled to leave the next morning. We woke up early to pack up and leave, and there was a 4th giant cockroach that morning. I hope that issue gets resolved because otherwise this was a beautiful place.

Pros: The place is cozy and cute. There's a lot of capability packed into a small space. The secluded location can't be beat. Cons: There were not enough towels provided for our party. The shower curtain wasn't adequate for keeping water off the floor and the absence of a fan has led to black mold around the shower. The blankets on the beds were too thin and did not allow for comfortable and consistent sleep. The common spaces in the building are carpeted and years of wet bodies have left a nasty mildew smell that is impossible to ignore.

We love Fort Morgan and have stayed at GSP many times. Never have we had such a difficult check-in. First a 10 digit code that did not work. A call to "Vacasa service" was not understandable, even with a video. Finally, a call to a local Vacasa location which sent out a lovely person who knew all about the quirks of that door. The code was WRONG and did not work. Later, in our visit, a repair person came, and he said the same. Please take care of this! We waited, tired and hungry for one and half hours to check in. So frustrating and continued throughout the stay.
