Edgewater West 23 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the 2nd floor with breathtaking Gulf-front views from the enclosed balcony.

• The enclosed balcony is accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom.

• Tile flooring runs throughout the entire unit.

• The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a comfortable stay. The dining area seats six, with two additional barstools for extra seating.

• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.

• The living area has a queen-size sofa sleeper.

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed.

• The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a twin bed.

• Enjoy convenient check-in and check-out with keyless entry—no long lines required.

• Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
