The RV space has full hook ups for both 30 & 50 amps, water, sewer, electricity, WI-FI, and cable are all included. A level 20 foot wide concrete pad for your RV with plenty of room for your vehicle(s). We have a laundry facility, indoor community kitchen/family area (club house), bath house facility, salt water pool open year round, a playground and a fenced dog walk/run area. Location! Location! Let me tell you the location is perfect! Within 5 miles from the beautiful beaches of Gulf Shores and tons of nearby restaurants and shopping, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Waterville and OWA Theme & Water Park. This is a RV Lot, not an actual RV. There is NO bedroom included. Renter must bring their own RV. RVs must be in good visual condition.
