Great location, across the street from the beach. It was far enough away from the busy area that we had no problems getting across. There are 2 sets of stairs in the cabin, so lots of climbing. I will use the cottage again.

We loved everything about it from the atmosphere, being right across the beach, the house was beautiful ! Spacious , enough room for everyone, decorated beautifully and lazing balcony views !

Very beautiful house that we stayed in. Although, I was very disappointed I. The cleanliness of the house. There was hair in the master bedroom shower,the beds were full of sand, gnats and fruit flies everywhere(upon our arrival), can opener didn't work, underneath the top of the stove was not clean, wagon handle was missing, beach chairs have mildew. Overall a great place for family vacation.

We loved this cottage! We were directly across the street from the beach & had a storage area available for our beach chairs/supplies next to our covered parking spot. The unit was also steps away from the bay where our son fished for hours & our family could watch the sunset from the swing at the end of the dock. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. The decor was beautiful as seen in the photos. The staff was very professional & responsive & easy to work with. We had a great time.

The entire property has a serious problem with fruit flies, the ac went out on the second day, maintenance came out right away but it took a few hours to get cool. The issue that will keep us from renting this property again was being harassed by a another tenant in the complex. The explanation for the situation is lengthy and I have spoken Shasta about it but no one should have to go thru that on their vacation or anytime!

Great location, just a few steps across the street to the beach. Overall a really beautiful house, just a few minor issues with the cleanliness of the property. Only rated 2 stars for cleanliness: There was used food left in the fridge. There were a few long curly hairs on the bunk bed shelves. Most stressful was one dead bug on top of the top bunk comforter. Which prompted us to check every single bed for signs of bugs. Also There was a random cheeto greasy handprint right on the wall right when you walk in and the hand rail was grimy and visibly dirty. There were also 2 greasy stains on the couch. BUT everything else was very clean. The garbage disposal didnt work upon arrival, but management was quick to have it fixed. I didn't make them aware of the cleanliness issues because we had already moved everything in after I cleaned it myself to relax and enjoy vacation with my family. Our main focus was on spending time at the beach. The beach was beautiful & the house has an outdoor shower to help rinse off all the sand. Overall we enjoyed our stay! Only big complaint was how much the cleaning fee is for the property to not be pristine.

We have stayed in this cottage multiple times and have loved our stay. The cottage is clean, well stocked with necessity items and has plenty of sleep space for adults and children. We love the location at the far end of the island where the traffic, people and noise is less. We also enjoyed the pool a lot during our stay with kids. We highly recommend iTrip Vacations and this location for a Gulf Shores trip.

The property was in a good location; close enough to the public beach but also far enough to avoid traffic. Decor was nice and overall the stay was good. We did have a minor issue with the A/C but it was fixed immediately; gnats we’re very annoying (there when we arrived), and the washer/ dryer were extremely loud but we worked through it all.

Nice layout for the amount of people staying there. Nice kitchen/dinning/sitting area that everyone could gather. Nice large shower in master suite, two balconies to enjoy and relax. Nice quite location with private beach access. Room enough to park two vehicles with one being a large suv.

This property was nicely appointed. It was clean. Location good. The cleaning crew should run the garbage disposal before the next client and the ceiling fan in the master needs replacing. I'm not so sure there weren't smokers in the property at one time, but it wasn't overwhelming. It didn't affect our stay. We would stay again.

Easy process for booking, property access and check out. Very nice property, receptive iTrip staff to questions and when the door code changed unbeknownst to us but problem was quickly resolved. Loved the area, quiet and close to the beach. Would love to go back!

Very simple process setting up account, communication was excellent. The Gas grill needed Propane that was attened to almost immediately. Great Vacation, will be using VRBO for Spring and Fall trip next year. Thank you !!!!!!!!!

Nice property. Easy walk to beach. A little further out so not crazy traffic.view was disappointing. Did not realize middle of a row of same properties facing another row of same properties. Pull out sofa mattress was not comfortable at all. Could feel all the bars under it. Having a broom to be able to sweep sand would have been nice.
