Great property and development.

Overall we had a great time at this property over spring break with our family. There were a couple of hiccups when we first arrived, but the property manager handled them quickly and got everything back on track. Heated private pool in shoulder season was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend this house and the property managment.

Kiva Dunes Beach Golf trip

Our stay was excellent. The Signature Properties people were very helpful throughout the whole process. The property was really great. The kids enjoyed the pool. Plenty of room for all 11 of us.

Cozy comforts of home and more

Our stay at Osprey nest was very nice. The location of the home is tucked into Kiva Dunes neighborhood and accessible to the beach via the golf cart left at the home. The house was clean, kitchen was nicely equipped and there was lots of seating available in the numerous decks throughout the house. Pool area gets morning sun and a nice sandbox for children to play in. The pool is very nice but suggest heating it if you want to use it. There are three accesses to the beach and few on the beach due to private beach allocated to owners/guests. We will be returning to this house. Enjoyed our visit immensely.

Best Thanksgiving Week with Family

We travel a lot and this house was so spacious and perfect for our family that included 6 adults and 4 children. Signature Properties was the best, always available and lots of tips for our trip.

Beautiful home and location

Such a beautiful home and location, peace and quiet we enjoyed our vacation. Everything was great the only issue we had was that there were small roaches in the kitchen and we Had to go buy raid. Also the towels were not clean they have a ton of stains so we didn’t use them. But other than that it was good

Great place but a few minor issues

The house was nice size and beds were super comfortable. Check in was easy. Pool area was very nice and great seating on the deck. Beach access was also easy to get to and the neighborhood seemed really nice. Only issues were that one of the kitchen chairs was extremely wobbly and the house in general didn’t feel super clean. Examples: one of the towels had make up stains on it when we arrived, bathroom mirror was dirty and we saw a couple of bugs in the kitchen drawers.

Perfect family vacation house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had our family vacation at this property and it was fabulous. The inside of the house was very clean. The balconies could have used a little upkeep, but not a big deal. Customer service was SPECTACULAR! We would definitely go back again to this location. The only thing I wish we would have known was that you have to register at the lodge in order to order drinks/food at the beach club.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time during our stay. We did have a few issues: the dish washer did not work properly, the pool was not heated upon our arrival (they did send the maintenance person to correct the problem), there was a leak in the 3rd floor bathroom that dripped onto the kitchen counter (this issue was also corrected by a plumber). I would suggest better instructions to renters about where to check in and pick up wrist bands. I was told to go to the beach club, though that was incorrect and the manager at the beach club pointed me to the correct location. Our family truly enjoyed our stay and Julie was very helpful with the issues we experienced. The house accommodated the 6 adults and 7 children very well.

Great house for a large group!

The house is will equipped for entertaining a lot of people, the location inside the gated community (Kiva Dunes) is amazing, and the inclusion of a Pool and Golf Cart on-site really made the trip. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy a quieter part of the beach with their vacationmates.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house accommodated our group well in terms of space. The golf cart access was a very nice addition and came in very handy based on where the property was located. We didn’t use it much but the swimming pool on the property was good to have as well. A few minor things we thought could be better would be adding more drinking cups, bowls and general dishes in the kitchen. It was also a little disappointing not to have seating on some balconies or enough seating to enjoy the upper decks. Some had no seating and off the main living room, there were 2 chairs. The living room seating was limited as well unless using the dining room table. There was plenty of seating for meals at the table and around the counter. We thought the house needed a good cleaning as well.
