Beach fun

Our family took a long weekend at the Phoenix in Gulf Shores and we loved it. The accommodations were fantastic. The adults and kids loved the pool.

I am shocked that this property is not ADA accessible. There are other properties on either side that are much older than this one as it is new and they are both ADA accessible. Our manager was very clear about not having a ramp to the beach and I do appreciate that. We had to book this last minute and had to take what we could get. After seeing how nice the property was I just can’t believe that it is not ADA accessible. My husband had to take his wheelchair to the property next-door to gain access to the beach. The showers were also not accessible.
