Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great end of summer stay! Easy access to the beach and enjoyable downtime by the pool. This is a great place to visit and relax. We came with our recently graduated seniors and 20 yo daughter. Everyone was pleased.

Beach life with ease

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the new Phoenix II Gulf Shores. The property is beautiful and convenient to so many things. There are a few kinks to work out, but that is true for any new construction. The indoor pool water was icy cold - too cold for comfortable swimming. We hope the snack room is enlarged to include more items. The security at the slide and outdoor pool made it enjoyable for all - we have been places where kids run amok and no rules are followed. That was thankfully not the case here. The slide was a huge hit with the grandkids. Carts were plentiful and moving in/out was a breeze.
