Good location
It was a good location. Everything you need restaurants,bars,grocery stores,ect is right by you. The only thing we had a problem with was cooking supplies didn’t really have enough and the ones they did have was horrible to cook with. Needs new pots and pans. The bathroom light needs attention had like one or two bulbs out of 4 that worked. Other than those things the condo was nice. Great view from the balcony. The management was great anything we needed they made it happen. Have a miscommunication but they made it right. Very pleased with their help. Overall it was a nice condo.

Some issues
Sandy & a bit dirty floors. Fridge was leaking from somewhere as there was a constant puddle of water on the top shelf. Only one hand towel in restroom but plenty of big towels & wash cloths. Blow dryer on wall does not work, we had to go buy one.

My Orange Beach Stay
I had an amazing trip to Orange Beach. The weather was great. The Condo, was great, and looked exactly like it did in the pictures. I was surprised. The people I met were very cordial and courteous. The sand was warm and inviting. I even got to see a few dolphins, a jelly fish, had ended up on the beach, and I helped get it back into the water. I saw several fish, jumping out of the water. I really enjoyed it. I exercised on the beach each morning. And contrary to popular belief, it is very hard to run in sand, LOL. My workout was excellent. I would definitely book this property again. It was an excellent choice and great location.

Exactly What We Needed
Our trip included 6 days of softball and this was what we we needed. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had all the right utensils. Appliances need an upgrade but they worked! Great view of the ocean!! Wish we could have enjoyed the balcony but July is not the right time! Great location. Close to beach, restaurants and grocery store.

My sugar beach vacation
The property is within walking distance to the beach, which is awesome! The suite is tiny, but has the all the amenities you need, minus any staples, i.e., cooking oil, coffee, salt and pepper, as most vrbo rentals have. This is more like a hotel suite with a kitchenette. This rental was clean but not spotlessly clean. Handprints on the bedside tables and outside of fridge needed wiping down. Housekeepers need to be more meticulous. Hair dryer doesn't work and the lighting is poor in the bedroom. The bunkers are not designed for adults, mattresses are thin and beds are not comfortable for anyway weighing more than 50 or 60 lbs. I suggest hooks inside the entryway for beach hats, etc., and also on the balcony for wet towels and suits. The property grounds are very nice, with a beautiful pool and workout room. Elevators and heavy duty carts make transporting luggage to higher levels painless and worry free.

Great area for what we needed!
This property met our needs. The area was great. There are some things that could be improved upon. Some of the unit could use some sprucing up (looks dated and couch totally uncomfortable to sit on and to sleep on).

Mixed emotions on this stay
There are a few things we encountered on this stay that were not up to par. Sleeps 6 but only 3 washcloths in bathroom so bring your own. Tub was very dirty upon arrival. Floors were not swept. Refrigerator leaks, can't use the drawers due to water being everywhere in bottom. Overall there seems to be a housekeeping issue, we didn't receive door code until 530 even though check-in is at 4. Now on to the good. View is great, location is great. Easy access to pool and beach. I'd would stay here again if the housekeeping issues was resolved.
