It’s was nice in orange beach the stay was ok only thing was I tried to wash clothes, and the water was leaking out of the machine, the sheets did no fit the bed. But overall it was cozy and relaxing. Just need a little upgrade!!!

We loved this space. Everything was neat and clean. Stocked with all kitchenware we needed. Would have loved for some little things like coffee filters and Saran Wrap to be there, hard to think of everything to bring on a vacation…but it was nice they provided a few laundry and dishwasher detergent packets at least. All body soap and shamoo provided was helpful too! We would stay here again!

The condo was dirty. The cabinets were dusty and the floors had dirt in the corners. The keurig was on counter but didn’t work. Purchased coffee for it and was told there was a drip coffee maker in unit. It was on top of refrigerator which was covered in dust. Before booking it said beach access across road to the south. After booking, and arriving, it said 6th street access which would not be bad if you were not carrying anything. This condo was way overpriced. I will not use Vacasa again. I use them often in other places. The only thing they ever told me was that I could use the other coffee maker and they would send cleaning people in while my family was there. I had already paid the cleaning fee.

It was great. We enjoyed our stay and only being a mile from the hang out. We walked the beach which was right across the street and could still see the gulf from our window. We would stay there again for the location and price.

We had an amazing time at the beach and our condo. The location is awesome, not far from everything we wanted to do and needed. We definitely would want to stay again.

Room wasn’t as clean as would want. Their was a door just sitting up in corner that had been removed from laundry area. Reason was washer got changed out, but was too big so they just took door off amd sit it against wall in living room. Dryer is a fire hazard, vent screen clean but doesn’t matter if has holes in it. Entire vent system dirty and full of lint. On the outside of room the stairs have rotten places amd wood coming apart. Also their was several places in concrete that had bolts just sticking out and could hurt someone. Almost every wall hung light near us was melted, lens was melted from improper bulbs and hot to touch. Microwave was rusted to point that might have arched. Was didn’t use after that. Btw. The was bad enough for me to write this review. I usually only give a rate. I hope they update this place asap before it burns to the ground.

The bathroom door does not shut and lock The floors were pretty nasty. There is a door sitting in the living room and hoses on the end table.

The home was close to the beach! It was clean and well taken care of. The beds were comfy, towels were provided, and clean bed sheets. The home itself was great! The customer service was great as well. The only thing I can complain about is that in our parking spot the sheetrock fell from the ceiling due to water leakage. Luckily we weren’t there when this had happened because it would have fallen on top of our vehicle. Gulf Shores does need to have a bit more family activities to do. Great vacation spot if you are looking forward to just hanging out at the beach and having some fun in the water!

Had everything we needed. Could sit on the balcony and see the water. Pools were clean. Our washed stopped working the first couple of days we were here and they sent someone that evening to fix it. Great vacation.

I rented this condo for 6 adults and the sofa bed was broken. I contacted them ASAP and they did nothing. We had nowhere for some to sleep or sit. They wanted us to sleep on the floor. Which in the end is what we had to do. We were not compensated for any of the money we paid for the room. Also the smoke alarm beeped ALL NIGHT LONG. DONT RENT THIS PLACE. THE OWNERS WERE NO HELP.

Check in and out process was super easy. Great customer service and communication along the way. It was walking distance to a small grocery store and this unit had everything we needed to feel at home, away from home.
