Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • Please note we don't provide beach towels • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. • No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules House rules • For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. • NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. • You must be at least 22 years old to rent this property. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine. • NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. • For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space Local attractions • Soft white sands and warm Gulf waves are steps away • Fresh food from the Sassy Bass Grill • Hop in the car, and Gulf Shores' shopping and dining are a 15-mile drive away • Nine miles westward are Fort Morgan's beaches and boardwalks • Access to Dauphin Island via the Mobile Bay Ferry
