Sea Daze was strategically placed between two beachfront homes maximizing the incredible views but not at beachfront pricing. As if the views weren't enough reason to make this your vacation destination, the beach access boardwalk is just a few feet from the driveway making trips to the beach super convenient. High end Polywood deck furniture ensures you'll be comfortable relaxing or dining while you soak up the views and the gulf breeze. A spacious living room, large farmhouse table and a thoughtful floorplan are just a few of the reasons why this home is a guest favorite. Pro Tip: Plan to dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table while you enjoy the sights and sounds of the surf.
The Space
Once inside, you’re welcomed into a beautifully decorated home with new paint, shiplap, furniture and luxury plank flooring. Brand new windows were installed in August 2022 so the views from inside just got better! On the lower level, the spacious living room, dining room and kitchen are configured in an open plan with amazing water views. There is a comfy sectional sofa with 2 swivel chairs in the living room and the dining room has a large rectangular table that seats 10 plus room for 3 more on comfortable stools at the breakfast bar. The well-equipped kitchen, with brand new appliances, lighting and quartz counter tops, has an island for preparing dinner, snacks or cocktails. Two bedrooms on this level share a full bath. One of the bedrooms has an extra-long twin-over-queen bunk and a twin-over-twin bunk, perfect for 5 siblings, cousins or best friends but is also ideal for couples or a family. The second bedroom on this level has a new king-sized bed and views of the gulf!
Two over-sized master suites with private bathrooms and beautiful water views complete the upstairs. One master has two queen beds, ideal for two couples or one family. The second master features a king bed as well as a twin daybed with a twin trundle. It also has a desk area and reading nook – so you can choose to either work or relax away from the group. Each suite has direct access to the covered second story deck and more great gulf side seating.
And, when you return from a day at the beach, you'll really appreciate the outdoor shower and foot wash.

Fort Morgan and Morgantown
Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives. If you have small children or just prefer the convenience of parking close to the beach, there is a public lot just to the west of Morgantown.
Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.
Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.
Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain, and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.
