Welcome to Always Summer, a bright and spacious West Beach retreat in beautiful Gulf Shores. This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home comfortably sleeps 12 guests, making it perfect for large families or multiple families vacationing together. Located in the charming Pass Time Community, Always Summer offers easy access to both the Gulf beach and Little Lagoon Pass, plus a sparkling community pool shared by just nine homes and is heated in the cooler seasons. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool, launching a kayak, or strolling along the white sand beaches, summer never has to end at Always Summer!

Indoor Comforts
Always Summer features a bright, open floor plan with wall-to-wall windows and gleaming hardwood floors that let the Gulf Shores sunshine pour in. The fully equipped kitchen includes ample counter space and a breakfast bar with seating for four, plus a dining table and adjacent breakfast table, together accommodating up to 14 guests for meals and gatherings. The living area is comfortable and inviting, with stylish coastal decor, plenty of seating for everyone, and a flatscreen TV, making it the perfect space to relax, entertain, and enjoy time together indoors.

Sleeping Arrangements
All bedrooms offer attached bathrooms with a tub/shower combination, ensuring comfort and convenience for every guest.

Upper Level

About The Neighborhood - Pass Time
Nestled in the heart of Gulf Shores, Pass Time Community offers a charming coastal community perfect for families and friends. Residents and guests enjoy a sparkling pool, heated seasonally from March through May and again from September through December, plus a private fishing pier and scenic paved walking paths. With easy deeded access to both the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon Pass, the neighborhood makes beach days effortless. Just a five-minute drive brings you to Gulf Shores’ best dining, shopping, and entertainment, blending coastal relaxation with convenient access to everything the area has to offer.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
