This 19th floor 1407 sq ft condo boasts a deck large enough for outdoor dining or just enjoying the sunset. The floor to ceiling windows offer an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. While you are here, be sure to enjoy the Jacuzzi tub in the master bath, take advantage of the wet bar and stay connected with the free WIFI. This smoke-free unit features flat screen TVs, professional decor and full size washer/dryer. Monthly stays Nov to mid-March. Parking is at a premium so a 2 car limit is strictly enforced.

PARKING INFO
Parking is to be purchased from the front desk on the 3rd floor upon arrival. There is a 2 parking pass limit. The front desk will also hand out wristbands for your stay.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
