San Carlos 807 is a beautifully appointed three-bedroom, three-bath condominium offering a stunning Gulf-front view from the 8th floor.
• Enjoy direct balcony access from both the living room and the primary bedroom.
• The unit features tile and Pergo flooring throughout.
• The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a comfortable stay. The dining area seats four, with an additional four barstools at the kitchen counter.
• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.
• The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, and the en suite bathroom features a spacious garden tub.
• The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed.
• The third bedroom offers full-size bunk beds. Please note: Children six years of age or younger should not use the top bunk.
This property is designated as a “No Smoking” property, including all unit balconies. A designated smoking area is available near the BBQ area.
• Skip the long lines—this unit features keyless entry for easy check-in and check-out.
• A maximum of two vehicles is permitted. Parking passes must be purchased onsite upon arrival at the front desk on the 3rd floor. Passes are $50 each, plus tax.
• Per the San Carlos HOA: The primary guest listed on the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and remain onsite for the entire duration of the stay. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction, as required by the San Carlos Board of Directors.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.
So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.
These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

The name on these documents must match the name on the reservation. We must receive these documents by the close of business on the day that you booked your reservation.
