Great Family Getaway

This condo was perfect for my family. We had everything we needed at the condo and we were very close to many restaurants and stores. It is very close to a small beach that is perfect for small children.

The place was great, awesome location too! We were very happy with our stay!

The condo is in a great location, close to everything. The walk to the beach is short and easy. We were able to have our little ones walk right over. The condo was very spacious and had great views. I personally love the decor in this condo too. Gulf Shores was lovely as always.

Beautiful Condo with a View

I was very happy with the condo we rented for the Hangout Festival. Very spacious, 3 bedroom with a great view. Close to everything. Condo was just like the description with all the amenities. Very clean and beautifully decorated. I would definitely recommend for a family vacation.

Very nice

This place was very spacious and clean. It is a short walk across the street and to the beach. Our only concern was that they may need new dining table chairs since the legs were held on by zip ties. Overall it was a great place and would stay again

BEAUTIFUL CONDO!

I just wanted to write and say what a beautiful place this was! It was everything you see in the pictures and more. I have never booked a place that was as nice and as true to what you see online. I will be bkg this one again next summer! The owner was very nice and gave me lots of good info of things to do in the area also. Wonderful place!

Amazing Family Vacation

This is a wonderful family property to stay at. Had no problems at all with communication with owner. We are a family of 5 and we had more than enough room in the condo. The beach is a short walk, and the pool was wonderful for the kids. Loved having the beach chairs and toys in the closet!!!! Will def. come back. :)

Amazing!

Beyond perfect!!! We had such a wonderful time in this condo. It's in a prefect location. Decorated really nice. Very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the great view! Everything about it was perfect! Having separate bathrooms in every room was also a plus. The owner, Brandy was very helpful. She went out of her way to help us find a family photographer. And her communication was great. Our whole family loved the condo. Would definitely recommend to others!!

The property was nice. Keys did not work well (had to leave doors unlocked as it was almost impossible to unlock). Toilets had little water pressure. Other than that we really enjoyed the condo

Wonderful!

Wow! What else can we say. Our first trip to GS area, and having a place like this to relax in was great! Beautiful accomodations, easy access to the beach, great amenities (thanks for the beach gear), and a gracious host! Close enough to things to do, but not right on top of us. Our family of 7 (grown children and a 14-month old) had a fabulous time! Of course, seven days of sunshine sure helped! Thanks so much for everything. Highly recommended!!

fantastic condo!!!

Wow! Can I say more? This condo was in the perfect location. My family and I were looking to stay in a quieter area, and we found it with this location. We had a great time. The beach access is about a 10 minute walk, which was fine for us. The wall of windows and view was fantastic. There was 5 adults and we had plenty of room. It was great having a bathroom for each bedroom. Shops and restaurants aren't within walking distance but only a short drive up the strip. Check out Red and Ribs. It was very good food for good price. I will stay here again on our next visit and will recommend to all friends. Thank you Brandy for all your help.

Nice but not beach front

Nice and well maintained but we had the impression from the add that we were Beach front but that was not the case. The pool area did not have any shade and there were no blinds or curtains for the windows in the main room. The locks on the door need replacement, we struggled to unlock them with the keys provided. They need to add non-slip mats or stickers in the tubs. There needs to be blackout curtains in the master. The window has a bright light from the parking lot shinning in. We also thought the rental was handicap accessible but none of the bathrooms were configured properly. This made it extremely difficult for our 97 year mother.

Beautiful Comfortable Property

This was a very comfortable property to serve as the gathering place for my family of 11. There was ample room for 3 babies in pack & plays in one bedroom, plus 2 older grandchildren slept on the sofa & chaise. Adults took the beds, which were just OK, but that sofa sleeps great! Three bathrooms were needed and a rarity in a 3 b/r condo. The kitchen was equipped for everything. We even baked a cake! The plumbing & HVAC ran perfectly. The generous sized table plus eating bar were great for family meals. The condo has plenty of towels, even beach towels & beach toys. The best part was the beautiful view from the large deck. The deck could use some more comfortable furniture - there were 6 hard chairs & a table - some chairs were rickety. I would also caution anyone with very small children or older people (we had both), that the walk to the ocean is a total of about 300 yards. Contrary to some reviews, Sanibel does not have its own beach access, although public access is about 200 yards, then another 100 across the sand. That made staying in the beautiful condo a bit more attractive than going out in the heat for some of us. Brandy was delightful to work with and our deposit was returned very quickly. I highly recommend these nice accommodations.

Wonderful rental to stay in. Very clean and comfortable to stay at. Pool was nice to have when we could not go in the water at the beach. Maintenance was very friendly and willing to help with any issues. But here were my issues. In the confirmation there was no where on there which unit you will be staying in. So in that fact, you almost think someone is ripping you off. So I had to text management on that. I had to text management for the code and received it about 2 hours before check in. And then try and find the code box where to get the keys was very confusing. Directions or a location of where this is would be very helpful. And then you have to pay for parking in cash which was to be expected but where do you get that. No clue and no details to tell you. Had to asking security guard that was giving me a warning ticket. When getting a lot of info, it was pretty vague. For being very organized person, this was pretty stressful to say the least and hoping everything will turn out okay. Still going to say it was a great stay just need to update the information that is presented so the vacations don’t have to be so worrisome.

Functionally good! Our family of 7 slept comfortably. Location is great, too. Only complaints were there were many dings in the walls, some drip stains on walls, broken doors, etc which weren't a huge issue but we felt we had to take photos and send the first day so we weren't unnecessarily charged. Otherwise all was great!
