"Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! This two-bedroom, two-bath condo is an idyllic spot, located within walking distance from the Hang-Out, offering direct access to the beach. The complex provides a central HEATED outdoor pool for your relaxation and enjoyment.

Ideal for families, the condo boasts two spacious bedrooms. The Master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed. The second bedroom features a full-size/twin bunk bed and an additional twin bed for versatile accommodations. Every bedroom and the living room are equipped with TVs. Satellite TV and internet access are available for entertainment when you're not at the beach. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located within the unit. Additionally, the condo features a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delightful meals during your stay. Don't miss the chance to book this unit for your dream vacation today!

For winter stays during January and February, reservations made prior to October 1st require a 60-day (two month) minimum. Reservations made after October 1st for the winter months vary between three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

The Property is Professionally Managed by Poole and Associates,
One parking pass comes with your reservation total. You can purchase one additional pass by contacting our office to add the additional pass to your reservation. Linens, and a starter set of toilet paper, trash bags, and kitchen soap are provided. You will need to bring extra of these items, along with coffee filters, seasonings, and don't forget the beach towels.
Clear policies are in place, including the age requirement, photo ID at check-in, and provisions for pets. Dogs are welcome, subject to a non-refundable $225 pet fee per pet, allowing for up to two dogs.

Very nice place to stay. Location was great. Beach views were wonderful. Pool was heated nicely. The only downside is the noise. You can hear all the outside noise as well as people walking in the condo above you all hours of the day and night.

The check in process was easy and convenient. Communication was outstanding. The condo needs to be updated however. The stove cooked slow, the kitchen is tiny, the toilets flushed with little water, balcony needs paint. However, the location was awesome! Beach access great, and sports an elevator and luggage carts! Pet friendly! I would stay again for sure!

Bed in main bedroom was very comfy and unit was spacious. Couches were worn and in need of a cleaning. TV in living room was way too small. Would have been nice to have some type of coffee available, at least a couple pods or some filters.

Fun time at beach condo

We had a great time at the beach condo. It’s steps from a beautiful white sand beach. We enjoyed the heated pool. The condo was comfortable and well decorated.

Perfect location

This condo is in a perfect location, easy access to the beach and within walking distance of may restaurants and shops. We loved the view of the ocean while sitting on the balcony every morning and evening. There was plenty of room for our party of 6 and 2 little dogs. The only suggestions I have would be the need for some new pots and pans, they really were not fit for cooking in. Overall, we loved the condo and the location and would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Perfect spot. Walking distance to many food places, shops, the beach, and entertainment. Plenty of room for family, two full bathrooms, washer/dryer in condo, and comfy beds. Balcony is perfect to sit and enjoy your coffee, or listen to the band at the Hangout after dinner. Great view.

The condo is on the 2nd floor with a view of the Gulf. There are adequate chairs and tables on the balcony but the balcony is in disrepair, chipped paint, outside door frame all rusted, tape on screen door. The interior of the condo has low ceilings with watermarks in the kitchen. The wall you first see upon entering had drywall compound covering it and had not been painted. The microwave makes a terrible sound when used. The sliding doors to the balcony did not lock, property management came and fixed one of the two, we put a piece of wood in the track of the other. I would not recommend this rental unless significant repairs and upgrades are done.

This is a very nice unit, with a great view of the gulf! Lots of beds - great for a large family. Well cared for and updated interior. Comfortable furnishings, great place. The complex is a bit older, has a pool (not heated), no hot tub and no other amenities. Also, be sure to bring EVERYTHING you need - salt, pepper, soap, shampoo, trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, TP, etc.
