We lovèd the Phoenix VI property with the option of indoor pool or outdoor pool. It appeared to be a qell maintained building. The 3 bedroom /2 bath unit fit our needs wonderfully. I loved that there were some umbrellas and beach chairs available as well. The starter pack of basic paper supplies was also appreciated. Some of the furniture was a little old and worn, but was adequate. The beds were comfortable.

4th of July

Overall a great experience! Condo is on 6th floor, perfect for beach views and pool view. Patio space was adequate, inside living space was comfy and plenty of space. Loved having a full size washer and dryer for all the beach towels to easily fit in! Kitchen was well stocked and the fridge was full size so we had plenty of space.

Great Condo

This is a very nice property we enjoyed all the amenities. Especially liked the boardwalk cover and path to the beach. Pools and hot tub are very nice also. Condo was excellent and exactly as described.

Clean, comfy, perfect

The condo was more spacious than we expected. The sixth floor was perfect for sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sound of the gulf. Note that visitors will need to get coffee filters and any other disposable items. There were plenty of non-disposable kitchen items like pots, pans (although we didn’t cook!), glasses, coffee mugs, etc, but no extra paper towels, toilet paper, that sort of thing. It wasn’t a big deal because we were near a store, but others may want to pack and bring.

Great rental

Everything was great. Clean property kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Beach was wonderful! Heads up there are ZERO standard kitchen cooking essentials such oil, salt, pepper, spices, etc We would have added a few more things to our grocery delivery order. Overall, great condo and listen was accurate.

Great location. Great environment. Grewt anemenities!! Just wish we could have stayed longer. A little cheaper of coarse would help and or not having to pay $55 to park. We paid that and still struggled to be able to park.

Clean, Lots of space, easey use of beach, need better cookware

Everything was pretty great here, with lots of room, easy access to the beach, easy clean up after beach with several hoses and a shower station, great pool outside, and friendly staff. Only complaint would be cookware was in poor condition. Did not like cooking on severely scratched and damaged pans where teflon coming off in the food and everything sticking.

Uplifting getaway

This condo exceeded my expectations. It was clean, comfortable and very relaxing. I loved the extra touches that had been added since the photos were taken, it really took the looks of the place to another level. I didn’t want to leave.

Exactly what is advertised

We stayed at Phoenix VIII for the week but lacked one night from what we wanted. So we stayed in this unit in Phoenix VI for our last night. The pictures are what you get. So make your decision if that is what you want and go for it. I have seen people make comments about the furniture being dated. It is not brand new but I found it to be acceptable and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and blankets are soft. I agree the balcony floor could use a pressure washing but it was fine. I felt the condo was cleaned appropriately before our arrival and check in with seamless. If I had to make any improvements, it would be a refrigerator with a water dispenser so that filtered water is an option in the room. I gave the location a 4 star because Phoenix VI-VIII are all set off the beach a little more than I am use to and you can’t hear the waves as well while relaxing on the balcony. Also the balconies on these do not have any privacy because of the way it is built. This is not a deal breaker but it is something to consider if you are “balcony person”. As far as the location of the condo on the beach…. It’s perfect. Far enough down Perdido Bay so a little more peaceful yet walking distance to Sweet Cone Alabama Ice Cream and Shrimp Basket All in all, the unit was very nice and I would recommend it.

Great condo with a great view

This was a great unit. Had a little problem the first day with a stopped up sink in bathroom called they come in an fixed while we were at the beach.

Wonderful location

Check in was easy however we had to purchase parking passes for both of our vehicles. The condo had everything we needed and for the most part there were no issues other than the floors were filthy! I'm not talking about about a little bit of sand, our feet were literally black after walking barefoot indide, for a little while. I actually bought swifter mop pads and mopped the floors. The furniture needs updating and the big curtains hanging in the living room & master bathroom were really tacky and didn't close correctly. Overall, we had a good stay. The location of the condo is waking distance to most everything we wanted to do.

Wonderful Get-a-Way!

Me and my husband took our two children and their significant others on vacation to this property. It was clean, just as listed, and wonderful place to stay away from home! We enjoyed the pool all day (and even until 11pm), beach, and wonderful views. We added shells to their collection they started, which was fun to find at the beach. We will definitely be back!
