Very nice location and well kept. The yard however, has been overwhelmed by ant hills. Be careful where you step.

Helpful and Attentive Staff

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was exactly what we expected. Nothing too luxury but didn’t feel gross. The staff was quick to respond to any issues or requests. The walk to the beach was a little further than we realized because every condo on the beach is for guests only. If there was a way to get a guest pass to one, that would be a huge plus.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was in a great location but the furniture and outside sitting area was less than desirable. Beds were all very uncomfortable, sofa smelled like a dog (they did come spray it) and the outdoor deck/furniture was VERY worn out. For the money we paid for a week, it was not up to the standards I have had at other stays using Bender realty.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. A nice house and a great size for our group. We were a close drive to restaurants. We did wish the walk to the beach was a little closer...it was advertised as a 3 minute walk but it was definitely a lot longer. We did have an issue where the A/C went out but we called after hours maintenance and they came right out and fixed it. We had an issue with ants the whole stay. They sprayed when we 1st got there but did not take care of them. I think that some of the blinds in the house need replaced and some of the outdoor furniture we could not use because the chairs were broke. I recommend taking extra blankets when staying. We did not find any.
