Flirty Flamingo, Too! Garage Apartment with Shared in-ground pool!

  • Flirty Flamingo, Too! 1 BDR 1BTH; Efficient, cute, and just what a person or 2 need for a beach get-away! 2nd floor location with stair access, in-ground salt-water pool, and living room area with bedroom area adjacent! It will sleep 4.

Flirty Flamingo, Too! is a vacation get-away separate from the Flirty Flamingo home. It is in a separate building, accessed by stairs and offers a view from the upstairs porch of the beach and gulf waters.

Inside, the tastefully-done flamingo theme has touches throughout, but not overdone. The kitchen are has a bar, and cooktop with toaster oven, fridge, and stocked kitchen items. Just bring your food!

The living area has a large flat-screen TV with full streaming platforms, Netflix, included. You can sign on using your own memberships, should you desire. WiFi is also provided. The sleeper sofa and living set is very comfortable and guests have enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere offered.

The bedroom area is separate and thoughtfully furnished. All bed linens are provided for the queen bed.

The bathroom has a large shower--great for a long shower after a full day's work or for rinsing down after a day at the beach.

A private washer and dryer are provided for your use in the room below your apartment. We have to keep those swimsuits clean!!!

Outside, you will find a wonderfully refreshing in-ground salt-water pool with its own waterfall. There is a fire pit, plenty of pool chairs and pool toys for your enjoyment! The beach is about a block south of the Flirty Flamingo property!

In addition, during the fruit season, you can pick your own lemons, oranges, tangerines, and grapefruits for a fresh snack or a part of your breakfast! Yummy, good!

This is a hidden gem, newly on the market. Priced to rent separately from the home, it can be combined with the home rental. There is separate parking for the home and the apartment.

Why not be one of the first to experience the easy life at Flirty Flamingo, Too?

Small but mighty

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location-- beach in sight and all the amenities you'd need for either a short of longer stay Shower was AMAZING!The property houses another, bigger STR, though, so you may have neighbors who are greater in number.

Quiet, comfortable stay

We had a problem with the AC in the unit above the garage where we were supposed to stay, but after calling to make them aware of the problem, they let us move into the house where it was nice & cool. Both places were very nice. 5 stars for sure!

Amazing

my partner and I needed a weekend getaway and this place was perfect. It was exactly as described and the property was very well-kept. Everything inside was updated. The only thing I wish there was was a dishwasher and the view be a little better although you could still the ocean. The little apartment and the property itself was perfect. If we ever go back to Gulfport we would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great! The pool was amazing! The ONLY thing I’d change about the entire place is there needs to be a place in the shower to put my leg up on to shave haha but everything else was PERFECTION. I’m already scheduling to book it again! I even told my aunt about it, and she wants to book it too!

Great place for my husband and I to stay while visiting family nearby. Had a small issue with my laptop connecting to the wifi. The TV and our phones were connected the entire time without issues but the laptop took several tries to connect. Maybe it was the laptop, but that was the only issue we had. Will definitely keep on our list to see if it's available on future trips as we come to the Coast one or two times a year.

Perfect Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented Flirty Flamingo, Too in addition to the main house for my birthday weekend. Property is cute as a button and matched the description to the tee. Pool is lovely, and the water was a perfect temperature even in the middle of Sept! Everyone I worked with at PRM was friendly and prompt with responses. I'd recommend PRM and the Flirty Flamingo properties to any and all!

Memorial Day

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was okay up until the other tenants arrived. When renting this unit you should let occupants know if other unit has been rented and to expect other guest. Tenants seemed very uncomfortable not knowing we were staying in the unit as well.

Amazing weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was exactly as described. It was adorable and extremely clean. We will definitely be staying there again. It was perfect for us as a couple. The only thing that I noticed or maybe I couldn’t find it is that there was an ice maker or trays in the fridge which created an issue when we needed ice. Everything else was wonderful. It was close enough to the beach that we didn’t have to go far at all. Perfect location to everything as well.

Beautiful Place

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My rental experience was mostly fantastic. I was confused the first night I got in town and was not able to enter the apartment. I pictures on the VRBO ad are very confusing. They concentrate on the pink house and not the apartment. Also, the name is pink flamingo. That is confusing because the apartment is blue. The following morning I returned and tried all the locks on all the buildings and found the lock code opened the blue apartment. From then on my vacation was great. I suggest you make it clearer in you ad what the renter is renting.
