  • Welcome to this newly renovated home where Nordic design meets historic charm. Located in peaceful Gullabo, surrounded by a traditional stone wall on a 2,000 square meter plot, the house offers the perfect blend of privacy and accessibility.





    The well-thought-out floor plan of 100 square meters is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find an open living room with a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom. The upper floor offers two bedrooms with majestic skylights that frame the night sky.





    The spacious 70-square-meter terrace serves as a second living room during the summer months. There are barbecue facilities and lounge furniture, while the garden offers a trampoline and soccer goals for younger guests.





    From the house, you can quickly reach several nature experiences - a fishing lake just 5 minutes away and a swimming lake within a 10-minute drive. Explore the picturesque coastal town of Kalmar with its historic castle, or take a day trip to Öland to experience its beautiful beaches.
