  • Discover a piece of heaven, hidden in the greenery of the forest near Gullabo. This newly built loft house from 2022, with an impressive window front, promises light-flooded days and cozy evenings by the fireplace.



    The kitchen is the heart of the house and its open-plan design invites you to cook together. On the first floor you will find a separate children's room, a bathroom and a practical laundry room. The open loft creates a transition to the upper floor, where warm and spacious areas extend.



    Outside, the spacious terrace invites you to linger while you enjoy the view of the garden and the forest.



    Adventures await you in the surrounding area: Hike the Gullabo hiking trail, explore the harbor towns of Kalmar and Karlskrona or visit Öland and Astrid Lindgren's children's paradise in Vimmerby. Discover the local flora and fauna by picking mushrooms or in the elk parks.
