Was inaccessible even to guests. The staff were too busy with this “festival” meaning the woman that was on the desk doesn’t usually work the desk so didn’t know what she was doing. We got to our room to find the bathroom was dirty (specifically the bath itself and it had a long dark hair in it to go with the...

「The Chadwick is in a great location and is nice, kitchen is not very well equiped there are lots of empty cupboards. There was tea and coffee but sugar had ran out. On arrival we opened all windows as the place had been heavily sprayed with air freshener which i cant stand and luckily none of us have asthma」

「Typical static caravan, it’s dated but it’s not run down. It reminds me of holidaying with my grand parents. It’s on the main road so there are times where it’s noisy - but that can’t be helped and it’s seriously not often. Site owners are thoroughly lovely, vey kind, knowledgeable and friendly. More than happy to approach you and have a genuine chat, not just pass the time or fake charm. The rest of the guests reflect this too. Plenty of return guests and on a glorious weekend weather wise...

「The owner was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. There was a good choice of food for the continental breakfast. The hotel is ideally positioned and you reach the seafront after a five minute walk.」

「The food was very good (ham was delicious!) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pub had a nice friendly feel, too. Plenty of on site parking and it felt clean. The only minor quibble was the tv screen in our room was abs tiny (small). Overall, was good value.」

「Room was a very good size with good facilities. Great location. The bathroom shower was not cleaned properly and had dried shampoo/ body wash on the inside of the shower walls and black silicone around parts of the shower tray. Easy things to resolve. The email address in the book to report problems no longer works and after checkout a different email address is provided. I did call the telephone number in the book but to reply or returned call. When the shower was used the apartment then...
