Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Its not the hotels fault but some of the people that were staying there made it not so nice experience lot of banging and shouting at night and someone was trying to get into my room at one point. But overall the hotel itself is good for anyone travelling for a few nights in skegness.

Smell of weed through out whole place eveb thou no smoking aloud . Ppl running about the corridors at all hours Terrible shouting and banging from room opposite at all hours of day and night reception informed but dont think anything was dome as it continued. Room needs some tlc mould on roof in bathroom toilet seat falling off and tge toilet basin itself moves away from floor shower needs a good scrub mould all around it caperts need a clean and curtains fitted correctly good for just sleeping in room but rest needs sorting

The room had a lot of dirty marks, very old and outdated and could do with painting. Outside the front of the hotel there were two overflowing bins which were still there when we left. As soon as you walked into the hotel the floor was dirty. When we looked out of our room there was a big pile of rubbish bags at the bottom of the car park. Went for breakfast and had to clear plates off the table onto another table, because every vacant table had dirty plates on. The glass door to the dining room was covered in hand prints for the duration of our stay. Didn't have breakfast the second day.

The staff were lovely and very friendly. The hotel is beautiful. Very clean. The beds were unbelievable comfy, best 3 nights sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. I stayed there with my two children and we will definitely be returning.

Hotel had double booked and was unable to supply.the room that had been paid for. Hotels.com were impossible to contact by phone. Live chat took over 90 minute without redolving. Hotels.com then rung me from America twice at 01.30 am
