Had issue connecting to wifi which we contacted Stayz about, Owner quick to make contact & rectify for us. Living room spacious with enough seating areas. Bathroom clean & tidy.Negatives - Lounge chairs have seen better days & the edges of the seating cushions were extremely dry and rough. The rug in the lounge……

“This property was an absolute disaster. It was old and shabby in the extreme. We had to leave immediately upon arrival as there was an awful smell inside. I discovered the source of the smell in a kitchen bin which had not been emptied. It contained a rotting dog bone and meat offcuts covered in maggots. The owner refused to take responsibility for it and refused to refund us, making every excuse under the sun why he could not. The entire property was old, every surface covered in dust, dirt and……

“An excellent little tiny home on a farm. From the house you cannot see any other people or buildings, but you can hear the noise from the highway (which wasn't bad, just unexpected). The owner was lovely and very responsive, the tiny home was warm and minimalist, and the property was very peaceful. My only suggestion is that they do a good clean as although it was tidy, the crockery and utensils were greasy, and the frypan and saucepan had remnants so had to be washed before use. Just a note……

“Overall good stay. Location was good. Larger area for all guests to be comfortable. Heating was great. Dishwasher did not work. Messaged property manager and they insisted it was working. There was no power going into the dishwasher at all. No solutions throughout the stay.Had to use external lighter for the gas stove. Gas fireplace in one of the living room did not work.One of the room had mouldy ceilings. Very noticeable. ”

“We had electrical issues on 3 occasions with the electrician required eventually due to losing power in the kitchen as apparently the dishwasher was faulty as well as dubious taped wires a concern. The blind curtain rail in the living room was coming away from the wall. The place needed a good wipe over on arrival with dust obvious, such as, on bedroom side tables and dinner table. The space was fine for 6 adults. The host attempted to fix some issues on our 8 day holiday although we wouldn’t……
