“The property was clean & comfortable, walking distance to shops and cafes. There could have been more kitchen utensils, eg. a small juice squeezer, more large chopping boards. The exhaust fan over the hotplates, needed cleaning. The small backyard had not been swept of leaves for quite some time, constantly walking through the thick layer of leaves to get to the back door. We were unable to use the car park outside the garage door, due to another "P" plate car parked there the whole time we……

“Great views and location (access to the lake for walks, Belconnen markets and University of Canberra). The unit was roomy and warm. Unfortunately there was not enough crockery for guests staying for a longer period as we did, and the crockery, cutlery and cookware were pretty poor standard. Checking in and out was a bit of a process but we had very clear instructions. Great to have access to a car park. Would have been handy to have 2 keys to the property for 2 guests.”

“The unit is nice and very central to the city and other attractions. However, the bed in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable. It is too low and being an older person with arthritis I found it very difficult to get out of. The mattress was uncomfortable and I woke every morning with a sore back. The kitchen was good but a tea towel would have been good as well as more plates and more glasses, in particular smaller glasses that our grandchildren could have used when they came for dinner……
