“My wife and I spent a week in the rental on a family holiday in Cornwall. The cottage was absolutely perfect for us and would recommend to any couple. It is cosy and nicely designed. Highlights are of course the views and terrace area outside. It is quite small with limited storage space for clothes etc but we easily stored them under the bed. And make sure you are ok to climb the 66 steps up to the cottage a few times a day :)”

“We were a bit nervous having read some poor reviews for Whitsand Bay Fort but this unit is privately owned and was perfect for us as a family of 4. Everything we needed was provided. If you're looking for lots of beach time, the closest beach is Treganhawke which is absolutely beautiful and there are life guards on duty however the climb is really steep so be prepared 😀”

Stunning view from the terrace, sea atmosphere, fully equipped kitchen, large bedrooms, beach in direct vicinity, two really nice places for eating out... “Lovely modern, light and very comfortable accommodation throughout with pretty much everything you need although there was no washing machine. My personal preference would be a washing machine rather than a dish washer, but this is a very minor issue. I understand from the host that a washing machine is planned to be installed. “This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had with a holiday rental. We ended up not staying the night at all, despite paying 357 for a one-night stay – which is completely unreasonable given the state of the property.The outdoor areas were dirty and unusable, with neglected furniture and no signs of recent cleaning. Inside, the sofa and lounge area were grubby and uncomfortable. The whole place felt uncared for and unclean – nothing like the photos or description.The directions provided……
