We welcome bridal events and showers. We do ask that if you are hosting a large event that you keep the noise to a minimum after 10:00pm.
You must clean up after your large event. Insufficient clean up could result in an additional $50.00 cleaning charge.
Please drink responsibly. No smoking or vaping indoors. If you do so outdoors, clean up all remnants. Check out procedures are provided in the home.

Great place all around!

Great location from our friend’s wedding venue! Binder was so helpful! The Wick in Celina- we are obsessd- so good! Couldn’t get the tv to work…? Plenty of room, clean and everything you would need. Bed, sheets, pillows so nice! Master shower -excellent! Way more than expected!

Great Stay Close to One Preston Events

The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. The owner was responsive and easy to communicate with, making the rental process seamless. We were in town for a wedding at One Preston Events, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—just a 4-minute drive, while many other guests had to stay over 40 minutes away. Being so close was a major plus.As others have noted, a train does pass by a few times a day, but we knew to expect it and it didn’t bother us. While the neighboring homes aren’t particularly scenic, we had no issues with the area or the neighbors, and it wasn’t a concern during our short two-night stay.

Great house and great owner.

We rented this house again this year for our annual children's charity event in Gunter and had a great experience. The owner is a great person, easy to communicate with, and very accommodating. Highly recommend renting this house for any of your needs in this area. We will definitely be back.

Overall, this property was great for our stay. It is very roomy and furnished nicely. I am a paraplegic in a wheelchair and the home worked great for me. The home is not listed as handicapped accessible but, for the most part it is. It appears the home is on the market for sale….that’s a bummer because we looked forward to renting again on our regular visits to Gunter. The only issues we had with the home were that there are a lot of insects inside and out. When we arrived there were several flies and mosquitoes inside and many insects on the front porch. This issue would NOT stop us from renting again. I would just suggest the owner get and exterminator there to take care of the issue. Secondly, we couldn’t get out the back door to use the patio or grill because the wood floor was swollen and wouldn’t allow the back door to open. I’m guessing the door leaks from the bottom and rain got in and damaged the floor. If you are in Gunter for a stay this home should be high on your list as options.

We chose this place because we had a wedding to attend at Bella Terra in Gunter. It's very close and convenient. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The train was pretty close and could be loud at night. Besides that everything was great!

Weekend Stay

This was such a cute place to stay! Four of us stayed here for a wedding at Rustic Grace, and it was about 10 minutes from the venue. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our weekend stay.
