We will definitely be back. The host pics don't do the property justice. Maybe it was the time of year we stayed, but I expected a lot of traffic from Marina customers and there was very little and everything was peaceful with lots of privacy. There's next to no noise at night. And the yard the pics show was big enough for us to go out and throw a frisbee around and play other games. We enjoyed the porch swing at the end of the dock and even got to play with the Marina Mascot, Harvey, the big black standard poodle.The only issue I had was the pillows were super firm so I went to the cvs and bought a softer one.The restaurant on the corner, we walked to, is delicious. Pro tip: If you have a shellfish allergy, avoid the chips. They make their own to go with the salsa and queso and use a shared fryer. A couple benadryl and my gf was fine. They have awesome staff and are pet friendly on the porch. There is a donut shop in town. We went twice...sooo good! And we even stopped at the tailgate farmers market across the lake and picked up honey, baked goods, pickled green tomatoes, and more and had a feast after we got back from walking the paved trail by the lake. If you enjoy relaxing, this is a definite must stay! As I said, we will be back.
