The property is located near Huda Metro Station in the vicinity of Sushant Lok. Its a tall brown building with glass window facade. The entrance is huge & the decor looks good. I checked in on Sunday and the lobby was quite crowded. There is just 1 person to check-in guests & it took at least 15-20 min to get checked in. Also, they didn't know its an Expedia booking, referred to it as a travel agent booking. The details were also missing from the systems - had booked a full board package but they couldn't see it in the systems, so had to show it on Expedia app to confirm. No-one at the concierge to even take the bags to the room, which was quite disappointing to see for such a hotel. The room was decent, although i had requested for a bathtub room while booking but I don't think anyone had even gone through that (again a bit disappointing). Room had a good city view but the glass was quite dirty, it would be nice if they could clean it (would look much grand). Amenities & service of the staff was excellent. The restaurant was good, staff was helpful there & the spread was decent for lunch, dinner as well as breakfast. Overall, it was an average stay & by just fixing a few things they can make the guests stay much better.

Hotel was good and room was very clean. Reception staff was very helpful, hospitable special thanks to Muskan for helping us on everything we asked and requested throughout our stay :) Overall a very worthwhile stay, enjoyed our stay.

Although I have been to Marriotts all around the world this was my first stay in this courtyard. On checking in it was noted that a bottle within my luggage during scanning was broken. The staff immediately apologised and not only they showed a gesture of goodwill by keeping a personalised sorry note with cakes in our room but also provided us with complimentary airport return shuttle and waived off a few charges. Extremely polite and well mannered staff but a few standouts were Sparsh, Vipin and Britika (may not have got names right, apologies). Breakfast was as usual excellent and overall wonderful experience.
