Really nice hotel with some nice facilities. I thought the prices were too high though for food and drink. It was more disproportionate than usual. Also as an example if I wanted to get taxi to airport with hotel it cost 3500 rupees and an uber was 250 rupees. The strategy seemed to be to over charge which I found went to far versus many other comparable hotels I’ve stayed in India

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and always helpful. Both inside restaurants are very good. Breakfast is very good too. Pool was not accessible during our stay because of a conference in the hotel for 3 days so we didn't use it.

Good business hotel

Good quality hotel, well located for our office location in Guragon. Nice standard of rooms, with excellent bathrooms; my double would not have been crowded for 2. Breakfast buffet was wide ranging and choice of indoor and outdoor seating.

Beautiful

I have stayed here about 8 months ago. Its a lovely place to stay. Convenient to travel around Gurgaon. I always request a pool view room. Lovely breakfast nice pool and spa. Meal offerings are very Indian and not much to chose from for non Indian guests.We brought to the mangments attention and they offered to make any meal of our choice. Thanks to

Comfortable Hotel

Nice Hotel !!! Most of staffs were kind and offered good services. Specially the staffs of buffet breakfast offered very good services, I appreciate of their effort.

The staff is dedicated to excellent service. The only issue i had was with the way my eggs were cooked, i had to send them back at least once every morning for 6 days straight. Other than that it is top notch service. There are some superstars here that will ensure your stay is pleasant and resolve any issue that arises. A special thank you to Sumit, Arpit, Surender, Shiv, Amit and Devashish all of which went above and beyond to ensure I was more than comfortable. Sumit especially deserves an award, he is the glue that holds it all together. That man is a valuable asset to the hotel!

It was absolutely an amazing stay. Airport pick up service was amazing. Team members were nice and helpful from reception to housekeeping to dining area! saurav helped me in the late evening, my daughter needed warm milk, he smiled and took our bottle and filled with milk 2 times in a row and didn’t even charged us, he works at the restaurant reception. We loved it every bit. Housekeeping team is also incredibly nice.

Beautiful stay

Room spacious and clean, bed and sheets comfortable. Appreciated light switches were labeled, very user friendly. Good available extras, i.e. shaving kit. Nice separate tub/shower, but water could be hotter. Very clean and up-to-date toilet with hygiene electronic options. Pool area nice, but cold water. Restaurant options a bit limited. Primarily buffet set up, 2,500 INR a bit high for lunch. Had very large selection, didn't eat, but looked good. Breakfast a bit cheaper 1,300. Can order al-la-carte. Had pancakes, but didn't receive what ordered. Other resturant for dinner only. Bar on site, was pretty good and had some small bite options. Also, had small Cafe with coffee, dessert and sandwiches. Very nice grounds and setting. Staff polite and helpful.Would have given higher rating if food selection easier.
