IBIS BUDGET HOTEL SIMPLE DOWN TO EARTH
Arrived 8th Feb evening check in was easy and quick but no change to break a 500 note,as nobody uses cash they say. My stay was very comfortable,but the staff have to remember to LOOK LISTEN AND LEARN. Sachin the bar tenser very polite professional and knows how to deal with drunken idiots.Kiran Nice girl from FB.The Sous chef egg station has to increase his hearing problem and able to comprehend what has been said.As for the breakfast no MARMALADE JAM???.The paranthas to thin and get dried up quickly and hard.On the whole for a 3 star hotel all good with some frills etc.

They will not arrange a cab. They tell you to call an Uber yourself. The quality of service has dropped considerably. I will not use them anymore.

朝食はあまり期待できませんが、日本食、韓国料理が徒歩圏内に結構あるので食べ物には困りません。 ホテルでは両替はしてくれませんが、レストランやスーパーではクレジットカードが使えますし、近くのATMでおろすことも可能です。 空港や周辺エリアまでの有料送迎サービスもあるので、問題はないです。 毎日、ペットボトルの水を補給してくます。 冷蔵庫、金庫はありますが、冷凍庫はありません。

Rooms are clean , functional but small . A bit disappointed to see that they didn’t have my weighing machines , even when specifically asked for . Most disappointing was staff’s complete disregard for Covid protocol . No staff was wearing mask , which was not very comforting . Food was average .

Also Some weird rules even if you have paid full advance for you stay restaurant will ask you to pay directly every time go to eat something seems they can’t wait till check out. Very Bad experience..
It was very disappointing and disturbing when voice from neighbouring rooms were coming very loud at 2 AM..loud noise of door thud was coming every niw and then......next day you have meeting and all kind of noise comes to your room in late night makes it very annoying...... Moreover even kettle was not working properly.

冬場のベッドは暖かい格好で
何度か利用していますが、冬場は暖房がないです。 なので、冬用の寝間着を準備してます。 床もフローリングなので、スリッパも用意したほうがいいかも。 スタッフさんの対応も良いと思います。 設備は必要最小限で可も負荷もなく。 ホテル内にオシャレなバーもあるし、近場のサウスポイントモールやパームスプリングモールに行けばインドトップクラスの日本食も楽しめます。 朝食について、7〜8年ほど前までは美味しいクロワッサンがあったのですが、6年位前からなくなってしまいました。 復活してくれないかな…

今回で10回くらい出張時に利用しているはずです。 立地が便利なので毎回利用しています。 定期的にサービスがアップされるものがあります。 今回目をひいたのが、以前よりさらにスタッフがフレンドリーになった点と、4階にサロンが設置されてコーヒーマシンがあったり、朝食も少しずつ内容が良くなった気がします。 日本企業の長期の滞在者もいるそうですので滞在して間違いないと思います。

グルガオンでは絶好のロケーションで、サウスポイントモールに隣接していること、メトロステーションに隣接していること、スタッフのサービスが、車寄せのセキュリティガードから、ホテル入り口のセキュリティガード、フロント、すべて最高のサービスでした。 唯一、バスタオルとコーヒー紅茶のサプライ、ティッシュペーパーのサプライが忘れられた時に、対応がよくなかったことが1日あり、それだけは残念でしたが、また夫婦で泊まるつもりです。
