Large fenced in yard off the back of the home with ample space to relax or entertain. Close to parks + community freebie golf and pool.

    Just moment from Highland Park for community pool, walking trails, and frisbee golf as well as playground. Close to downtown for coffee shops, eateries and entertainment.

The house is adorable and check-in was simple. The home is family friendly and the fenced in backyard is perfect. If you enjoy old homes this town is the perfect place to see some beautiful ones.

Christmas in Guthrie

A sweet little overnight stay. My girls and I enjoyed it tremendously. the upstairs girls slept fine. It was a sweet fun stay we enjoyed it.

Home Sweet Home

We needed somewhere to spend 1 night in Guthrie and didn't want a hotel room. We found a quiet street and very nice home just like Grandma's -( if you grew up in the 60's or 70's.) The house is well supplied and had everything we needed. Scott & Brenda - Plano Texas.

It was adequate, the only issues were the oven (kept blowing out, serval attempts to keep it lit, lots of gas otherwise. Only one bathroom, no closet spaces. It was pleasant secluded thus plenty of privacy, several windows had no curtains.

Very beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our short stay very much! Highly recommend this property if you're in Guthrie! The only thing I didn't like with the communication was the message I received at 10:15 A.M. to let me know that the cleaning crew had been dispatched and I would need to vacate the property at 11 A.M. or before....I've used VRBO many times and know when check out time is. We were pulling out of the driveway at 10:15 A.M. but that message made me feel very rushed....we didn't have to be out for 45 more minutes. I think it was just the tone.BUT....all other communication was great and the property itself was absolutely amazing!

Lovely old farm house style

This is a wonderful little home to stay in. The location is great at the end of a dead-end street with no traffic next to a green space. The house is darling and well-appointed. It is comfortable, and check-in was seamless. My only negatives. The only bathroom in the house is downstairs (an old, steep staircase). I guess I didn't read the description carefully, but it was not fun in the middle of the night to get up, actually kind of dangerous for very young or older people. The one bedroom downstairs has a very small (possibly full-size) bed and it was an old, super soft, creaky bed with old metal springs - not box springs. Hence, we couldn't sleep in there because it was just too small. So we opted for the upstairs queen, which was very comfortable. The tub-shower is a claw foot, which is charming but not suitable for older people or disabilities of any kind. The shower was actually really good, just a climb to get in it. Overall all I would recommend it, but we probably won't stay there again given the bathroom situation.
