“We’re a family 10 (7 adult and 3 kids) the place is ok, but needs Air Condition in the living areas upstairs and downstairs, also needs hot water take showers. The gate at the house need a lock. We past several times in the day and they was not guard at the mail entrance gate.”

“The propertvis as described, exactly like photos. All amenities are as stated. Wayne is very helpfull and accomdating. He responded promptly and supplied any request. The location is great, but the nearby road works was a slight inconvenience, but this is outside of Wayne's control, and hopefully this will not occur when the works are completed. I felt very safe in the area to walk on my own. It is walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and municipal market. Giftland mall and movietown……
