I had a suite for a day. Rooms were clean, and the view was excellent.
However, I cannot recommend this place to non-Koreans as there are very limited choices for activities and restaurants. All the restaurants are seafood places. Mostly sushi places, if you enjoy sushi, this place would be a great choice. We had live fish sushi for about 40,000 won per person, and it was excellent.
The room got a wonderful ocean view and there are two pools with a great view. The location and food wise, it's not that great but the view and facilities are amazing. Highly recommend.
Quite expensive but nice hotel with 2 pools. We stayed at one of their suites, it’s very spacious. Except main bedroom with en-suite and beds for 3, they also had additional dvd room with 2 big lounge sofa that can be beds for 2. The sofa at living room also can be a bed for 1. So yes, 6 can sleep comfortably in the suite. They had another bathroom in living room. What I most liked about the hotel was the huge windows with ocean view through the entire suite, so I really felt like I was on cruise.
One of the cons was the door lock and door bell. It had 6 digit code lock system, but 6 random digits passcode made really inconvenient every time we enter. We tried to ring the bell to get help the door to be opened from inside, but the sound of bell was really weak, so had to bang the door really hard to be noticed or just use the key code but hard to remember every time.
In suite S308, the door at main bedroom was alined uneven so couldn’t be closed. Wish I could close the door to block the noise from living room. Also there was no rice cooker like they advertised and had only 3 coffee mugs - not sure it meant to be or missing extras since we booked for 4. Also wish there was a small convenient store in the building or in short walking distance from the property.
Other that that, I enjoyed my stay with my family and will love to come back for another family trip.
I’m surprised by the interior design of the room we got. Very lovely and first time i found 2 chairs for 2 people in a room. I love this hotel and its decor. Definitely will come back.
Had an amazing time. The room was big, bed comfortable and clean and it had everything needed for a 3 day or more stay. Hot tub was clean and perfect temp, pool area was nice. Water was just right. Restaurant on site was welcoming with very sweet staff. We will definitely return and bring our family along.
Installations are in good shape and clean. Great customer service. But it’s too far from the city, great place to go in the summer and relax.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Disliked: Staff & service
The view was amazing, but unfortunately, when I asked the staff for additional towels, they did not provide them. As a result, I had to visit the front desk twice to request them.
I had a truly disappointing and frustrating stay at this hotel, despite booking one of their so-called “premium” suites.
• The shower was dangerously slippery with poor drainage. I almost fell during my first use, which is completely unacceptable for guest safety.
• The suite was advertised as having a full, functional kitchen — yet the stove had been removed without any notice. This is outright false advertising.
• Guests are told to throw out their own trash, but no plastic bags were provided, making a basic task unnecessarily difficult and unhygienic.
• The breakfast was one of the worst I have ever encountered at any hotel: minimal, low-quality options and inattentive, unfriendly staff.
• Furniture throughout the suite was poorly maintained — everything squeaked loudly, clearly showing a lack of upkeep and care.
• To top it off, housekeeping entered my suite without knocking, violating my privacy. Later, my door code was changed without my knowledge because hotel staff mistakenly thought I had checked out after just one night — a careless and completely avoidable mistake.
Overall, this stay was a huge letdown. For the premium price I paid, the experience was far below even basic expectations. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.
We booked a suite at this hotel for two nights based on the information provided on Expedia, which stated that it was a 1-minute walk to Gyeongju National Park. However, upon arrival, we discovered that it was actually a 1-hour drive away. The hotel is located at the edge of the city, making it inconvenient to access many places, with travel times ranging from 45 minutes to 1 hour.
The master bathroom was a complete nightmare, reeking of sewage. It was utterly repulsive! If that wasn't bad enough, there were strands of hair on the bath towels. Is it too much to ask for basic cleanliness and decency in a hotel?
Our discomfort led us to check out early next morning after just one night. I approached the reception to inquire about a refund for the second night, but they refused. It's disheartening that the hotel's misinformation caused so much inconvenience, and they were unwilling to rectify the situation.
I also contacted Expedia for assistance, but unfortunately, they couldn't obtain approval from the property manager. It's beyond infuriating. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this hotel. It's a pit of misinformation and filth.
